Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents. This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Administration of China. Electric vehicle power supply equipment Energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency ratings 1.Scope This document specifies the energy efficiency ratings, energy efficiency limits, and testing methods for power supply equipment for electric vehicles. This document applies to applications with a rated voltage of no more than 1000V (AC) on the power grid side and no more than 1000V (AC) on the electric vehicle side. Or 1500V (DC), current-controlled and/or voltage-controlled off-board conductive power supply equipment, including DC power supply equipment (Mode 4, connection) Method C) and AC power supply equipment (Mode 3, connection method B or C). This document is not applicable to. ---Power supply equipment that only provides DC power on the power grid side; ---On-cable control and protection device (IC-CPD) for Mode 2 charging; ---AC/DC integrated power supply equipment; ---A charging and energy storage integrated device that does not have charging function after the energy storage function is disabled; ---Powered devices that offer automatic charging and top or bottom contact charging. Note. The definitions of Mode 2, Mode 3, Mode 4, and Connection Methods B and C are given in GB/T 18487.1.

The contents of the following documents, through normative references within the text, constitute essential provisions of this document. Dated citations are not included. For references to documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies. This document. GB/T 8170 Rules for rounding off numerical values and the representation and determination of limiting values GB/T 18487.1 Conductive charging systems for electric vehicles - Part 1.General requirements GB/T 29317 Terminology for Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Facilities 3.Terms and Definitions The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18487.1 and GB/T 29317, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document. 3.1 The power conversion unit, charging terminal functional components, and other related units are placed inside a cabinet (box), forming a structural unit. DC power supply equipment. 3.2 A DC power supply device that structurally separates the power cabinet containing the power conversion unit from the charging terminal, with the two connected by a cable. 3.2.1 power unit The part used for power conversion control in a split DC power supply device. Note. It typically consists of a power conversion unit (charging module), power input, control components, and a cooling system. Some products also include an output switching unit and a temperature control unit. Components for temperature, humidity, and smoke detection. 3.2.2 charging terminal When charging an electric vehicle, the charging operator needs to face and operate a component of the off-board conductive power supply equipment. Note. It typically consists of a charging cable, vehicle plug, human-machine interface, and metering components. Some products also include communication and control components. 3.3 operation mode The power supply equipment is connected to the electric vehicle, and both are in the process of energy transfer. 3.4 Charging efficiency The ratio of electrical energy at the output port of the power supply equipment to the electrical energy at the input port of the power supply side. 3.5 Operation power consumption The difference between the input active power and the output active power of the power supply equipment when it is in operation mode. 3.6 standby mode When there are no vehicles charging or personnel operating the equipment, the power supply equipment retains only basic functions such as background communication and status indicator lights. [Source. NB/T 33002-2018, 3.5, with modifications] 3.7 standby power consumption The AC input active power of the power supply equipment when it is in standby mode. [Source. NB/T 33002-2018, 3.6, with modifications] 3.8 equipment Under specified test conditions, the minimum allowable charging efficiency of DC power supply equipment, and the maximum allowable operating power consumption and/or standby power consumption. Value. 3.9 equipment The maximum permissible standby power consumption of AC power supply equipment under specified test conditions. 4.Energy Efficiency Rating 4.1 Integrated DC power supply equipment Integrated DC power supply equipment is classified into three energy efficiency levels, with level 1 being the highest. The charging efficiency for each energy efficiency level should not be lower than [a certain value]. According to the specifications in Table 1, standby power consumption should not exceed the specifications in Table 1.Charging efficiency and standby power consumption are rounded according to GB/T 8170. Keep one decimal place.
