Note 1. U0 is the voltage effective value between one insulated conductor and ground (the metal sheath of cables or surrounding medium of cables). In AC systems, the rated voltage of one cable shall at least be equal to the system nominal voltage of this cable used. In DC systems, the nominal voltage of this system shall not be larger than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of this cable. Note 2. The working voltage of this system is allowed to exceed 10% of the nominal voltage of this system for a long time. If the rated voltage of one cable is at least equal to the nominal voltage of this system, the cable can work under the working voltage being higher than 10% of the rated voltage. 3.2 Standard wall The nominal insulation thickness that complies with this Part, according to different voltage grades, different conductor cross-sections and properties of low-smoke insulation materials. 4 Classification, code, specifications and structure of cables 4.1 Classification 4.1.1 Grades divided according to rated voltages 250 V, 750 V, 1.500 V and 3 000 V. 4.1.2 Classification divided according to oil resistivity I. Installed on board rolling stocks without contaminations from mineral oils and fuels oils. 4.4.1.3 The pitch of one-time bunch-stranded conductor shall not exceed 20 times of the outer diameter of the conductor. After multiple times of strand, the pith of outer layer shall not be more than 20 times of the outer diameter of the conductor. 4.4.2 Insulation 4.4.2.1 The insulating layer shall be extruded on the conductor, however, it shall be easily separated without harming the conductor or the tin coating. The insulation surface shall be smooth with uniform color. Isolation layer is allowed to u... ......
