This document was drafted, in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for
standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing
This document replaces QC/T 624-2013. Compared with QC/T 624-2013, the main
technical changes are as follows, except editorial changes:
- ADD type-A rubber plug specifications d = 14, d = 18, d = 22, d = 60 (see Table 1);
- ADD the d, d1 nominal value and limit deviation of type-A rubber plug (see Table
- ADD the nominal values and limit deviations of a4, a5, b4, b5 of type-B rubber plug
(see Table 1);
- ADD the requirements for size inspection (see Table 3);
- ADD the EPDM materials and basic requirements (see Table 3);
- ADD the provisions on aging performance (see Table 3);

Rubber plugs
1 Scope
This document specifies the type and size, technical requirements, test methods of type-
A rubber plug and type-B rubber plug.
This document is applicable to the type-A rubber plugs for automobiles, which have a
diameter D0 of thin-walled circular holes ranging from 12 mm to 60 mm.
This document is applicable to the type-B rubber plugs for automobiles, which have
thin-walled rectangular holes size of 8 mm x l4 mm ~ 25 mm x 31 mm.
