Foreword
QC/T 413-1999 Basic technical requirements for automotive electric
equipment was a professional standard ZBT 35001-1987 before its standard
number was conversed. Therefore, this revision is actually a significant
change to the standard after 15 years.
This revision was based on the main references to relevant standards of
Japan, Germany, France and other countries.
This Standard replaces QC/T 413-1999 Basic technical requirements for
automotive electric equipment.
Compared with QC/T 413-1999, the main modifications in this Standard are
as follows.
- deleted the provisions applicable to the hot and humid products as well
as 3.25 and 3.26 of Edition 1999;
- deleted the mould growth test (4.16 of Edition 1999);
- deleted the spark level on the motor commutator (3.17, 4.10 of Edition
1999);
- deleted the interchangeability test (3.22, 4.14 of Edition 1999);
- adjusted and modified the product temperature range; specified the
upper and lower operating temperature and storage temperature range
(3.3 of Edition 1999; 3.1.3 of this Edition);
- modified the provisions on nominal voltage; deleted the 6V electrical
system; added the provision on working voltage range (3.9 of Edition
1999; 3.1.4 of this Edition);
- in the provision on the basic performance parameters of the product,
added technical requirements for low voltage wire harness and
mechanical fasteners (3.10 of Edition 1999, 3.2 of this Edition);
- modified the recommended grade of short-term quota working hours;
deleted 0.2 min; added 5 s, 15 s (3.8.2 of Edition 1999; 3.1, 7.3 of this
Edition);
- partially modified the temperature limit of the relevant parts of the
product (3.18, 4.11 of Edition 1999; 3.3, 3.4.3 of this Edition);
- added the provision on the noise test method (see 4.4 of this Edition);
- modified the product content and arrangement of general test
conditions (4.1 of Edition 1999; 4.1 of this Edition);
- added the provision on the performance parameter detection (4.2 of this
Edition);
- improved the provision on the qualified product quality level (5.4 b of
Edition 1999; 5.4 of this Edition);
- modified the number of samples for the type test from 3 groups 9 pieces
to 4 groups 12 pieces; modified the test grouping and project order (5.6
of Edition 1999; 5.5.2 of this Edition);
- supplemented and modified the provision that the contents of which the
product’s marks (product marks and packaging marks) should include
shall be in accordance with GB/T 1.1 and relevant state regulations (6.1,
6.5 of Edition 1999; 6.1 of this Edition);
- specified relevant provisions that the product’s storage and
preservation shall comply with QC/T 238 Storage and preservation for
automotive parts (6.7 of Edition 1999; 6.3 of this Edition);
MADE a description of the contents of the standard.
continuous quota is the load and condition that the manufacturer can specify
for long-term operation; short-term quota is the load, time and condition that
the manufacturer can specify for short-term operation.
