The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology hereby approves 876 professional
standards (see Attachment 1 for the standard numbers, names, main contents and
implementation dates) such as "Cryogenic Pilot-operated Breathing Valve", including 286
mechanical professional standards, 17 automobile professional standards, 19 shipping
professional standards, 5 aviation professional standards, 24 chemical professional standards,
58 metallurgy professional standards, 146 non-ferrous professional standards, 16 rare earth
professional standards, 7 petrochemical professional standards, 73 light professional standards,
10 civil explosive professional standards, 77 electronic professional standards and 138
communication professional standards; 2 light professional standard amendments (see
Attachment 2) including "Gel Ink Ball Pens and Refills"; 12 non-ferrous metal professional
standard samples (see Attachment 3 for the standard sample catalogue and composition
content) including "Aluminum Alloy 6061 Spectrum Single-point Standard Sample".
Professional standard amendment and professional standard samples shall be implemented
from the issuance date.

published by China Aero Polytechnology Establishment, chemical professional product

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in "Directives for
Standardization-Part 1. Structure and Drafting of Standards" (GB/T 1.1-2009).
This standard supersedes “Performance Requirements for Passenger Car and Wagon
Brakes”(QC/T 239-1997) and "Bench Test Methods for Passenger Car and Wagon Brakes
"(QC/T 479-1999). This standard integrates all contents of QC/T 239-1997 and QC/T
479-1999, and compared with QC/T 239-1997 and QC/T 479-1999, it has the following main
changes.
——GB/T 15089 was adopted for vehicle classification (see Chapter 1);
——Some terminologies and definitions were supplemented (see 3.7 and 3.12);
——The performance requirements of efficiency test were modified (see 4.1.1, 4.1.3,
4.1.5 and 4.1.8; 5.2, 5.4 and 5.7 of 1997 edition);
——The evaluation requirements of stability for braking torque in efficiency test were
added (see 4.1.1, 4.1.3, 4.1.5 and 4.1.8);
——The upper limit requirements of braking efficiency in fade test were added (see
4.1.4.1 and 4.1.6.1);
——The requirements of high temperature braking efficiency in fade test were added
(see 4.1.4.2 and 4.1.6.2);
——The requirements of braking efficiency after wear test were added (see 4.2.2 and
7.2.5);
——The calculation method of test inertia was modified (see 6.3; 7.1.6 of 1999 edition);
——Inspection prior to running-in was added (see 7.1.1);
——The efficiency test prior to running-in was added (the first efficiency test) (see
7.1.2);
——Normal temperature efficiency test was added (see 7.1.4 and 7.1.13);
——The initial braking speed in efficiency test was modified (see 7.1.5, 7.1.9 and 7.1.14;
7.2.2.1, 7.2.4.1 and 7.2.7.1 of 1999 edition);
——The test conditions in the first fade recover test were modified (see 7.1.7; 7.2.3 of
1999 edition);
——The test conditions of hydraulic brake in the second fade test were modified (see
7.1.11; 7.2.5.1 of 1999 edition);
——The test conditions of flexible test method in the second fade test were modified
(see 7.1.11.7; 7.2.5.19 of 1999 edition);
——The test conditions in wear test were modified (see 7.2; 7.2.8.1 of 1999 edition);
——The evaluation method of braking torque was modified (see Appendix A; Figure 1
of 1999 edition).
Appendix A of this standard is normative.
