According to the installation position, it is divided into built-in leveling actuator and external leveling actuator. According to the driving mode, it is divided into DC actuator and stepper actuator. 3.2 Stroke The effective running distance of the output shaft of the leveling actuator. 3.3 Installation force The force, which is required to engage the optical unit with the leveling actuator assembly. 4 Requirements 4.1 Drawings and technical documents The products shall comply with the requirements of this standard. It shall be manufactured, in accordance with the drawings and technical documents, which are approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Temperature range of the product The temperature range of the product shall meet the requirements in Table 1. 4.7 Temperature resistance 4.7.1 Low temperature resistance 4.7.1.1 Low temperature storage resistance The product shall be subjected to low temperature storage resistance test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements in 4.5. 4.7.1.2 Low temperature working resistance The product shall be subjected to the low temperature working resistance test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.7.2 High temperature resistance 4.7.2.1 High temperature storage resistance The product shall be subjected to the high temperature storage resistance test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements in 4.5. 4.7.2.2 High temperature working resistance The product shall be subjected to the high temperature working resistance test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.8 Low temperature durability The product shall be subjected to the low temperature durability test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements in 4.5. 4.9 High temperature durability The product shall be subjected to the high temperature durability test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements in 4.5. 4.10 Cyclic high-low temperature durability The product shall be subjected to the cyclic high-low temperature durability test. After the test, the product shall return to normal temperature; the performance of the product shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.11 Stall resistance The product shall be subjected to the stall resistance test. During the test, the product shall not be smoked or burned; the performance of the product after the test shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.12 Vibration resistance The product shall be subjected to the vibration resistance test. The performance of the product after the test shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.13 Resistance to combined temperature/humidity cycle The product shall be subjected to the combined temperature/humidity cycle test; the performance of the product after the test shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.14 Temperature shock resistance The product shall be subjected to the temperature shock resistance test. The performance of the product after the test shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.15 Protection performance (applicable to external products only) After the test of degree of protection, the product shall comply with the degree of protection IP6K8, which is specified in Table 2 and Table 4 of GB/T 30038-2013. The performance of the product shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.16 Salt spray resistance (applicable only to external products) The salt spray resistance test of the product is carried out in a non-working state; the test duration is 500 h. After the test, the corrosion rate of the sprayed surface shall not be higher than 20%; rust and air bubbles are allowed within 2 mm from the edge. The performance of the product, after the test, shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 4.17 Noise The product is subjected to a noise test in a semi-anechoic chamber. When the applied voltage rises from 0V to the test voltage UA, the product shall make abnormal noise during operation. The A-weighted noise limit, which is measured when the product is running at the test voltage, shall not exceed 65dB (A). 4.18 Reverse voltage resistance The product shall be subjected to the reverse voltage resistance test. The product performance after the test shall meet the requirements of 4.5. - Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa ~ 106 kPa. 5.1.2 Test voltage When the test voltage of the product is not specified, meanwhile the nominal voltage UN is 12V, the test voltage UA is 14V ± 0.2V; when the nominal voltage UN is 24V, the test voltage UA is 28V ± 0.2V. 5.1.3 Power supply and measuring equipment for test The accuracy of the test power supply and measuring equipment shall meet the following requirements: - Automobile batteries for DC power supply or rectified and stabilized power supplies, which have a ripple coefficient not greater than 0.1%, OR the above two power supplies working in parallel; - The accuracy of the voltmeter shall not be lower than level 0.5; - The accuracy of the ammeter shall not be lower than level 0.5; - The minimum scale value of the size measuring instrument shall be less than 0.05 mm; - Thrust gauge accuracy shall be better than 1N. 5.1.4 Operating voltage range The product is fixed on the tooling platform, according to the actual loading method. The minimum power supply voltage Usmin and the maximum power supply voltage Usmax are applied, to run for 30 minutes each. After the test, test the basic performance of the product. 5.2 Appearance and size inspection Appearance inspection of products: Under natural light conditions, check the appearance by visual inspection. Dimensional inspection of products: Use the measures and inspection tools that meet the requirements for inspection. 5.3 Basic performance test Basic performance test methods are carried out, in accordance with Table 4. 5.11 Test of resistance to combined temperature/humidity cycle The combined temperature/humidity cycle test of the product shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions in 5.6.2.3 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, the basic performance of the product shall be tested. 5.12 Temperature shock resistance test The product is subjected to 100 cycles of temperature shock resistance test, according to the following test cycle; the starting temperature of the test is (23 ± 5) °C. 1 test cycle is: a) Switch the product to an ambient temperature of 85 °C (external leveling actuator) or 105 °C (built-in leveling actuator) within 10 s; keep it for 30 minutes; b) Switch the product to -40 °C ambient temperature within 10 s; keep it for 45 min. After the test, the basic performance of the product shall be tested. 5.13 Protection performance test The product is fixed on the test bench, according to the actual installation position; the product is protected, according to the actual installation method; the protection performance test is carried out, according to 8.3.3 and 8.4 of GB/T 30038-2013. After the test, the basic performance of the product shall be tested. 5.14 Salt spray resistance test Put the product in the salt spray test chamber. Protect the specimen according to the installation conditions. Carry out the salt spray test, according to the provisions of GB/T 2423.17 Test Ka: Salt spray test method; the test time is 500 h. After the test, the basic performance of the product shall be tested. 5.15 Noise test Fix the product on the bracket as shown in Figure 4. Apply the test voltage and 10N load. Measure the noise by a decibel meter, at a position 30 cm at the rear end of the specimen along the drive shaft axis. Background noise shall be less than 35dB (A). 5.16 Reverse voltage resistance test The product's reverse voltage test shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of 4.7.2.2 or 4.7.2.3 in GB/T 28046.2-2019. After the test, test the basic performance of the product. 5.17 Overvoltage resistance test 5.17.1 Long-term overvoltage resistance test The long-term overvoltage test of the product is carried out, in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 in GB/T 28046.2-2019. At a temperature of T = (Tmax - 20 °C), a terminal voltage of 18V is applied to 12V series products, AND a terminal voltage of 36V is applied to 24V series products for 60 minutes. After the test, test the basic performance of the product. 5.17.2 Short-term overvoltage resistance test The short-term overvoltage test of the product is carried out, in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 in GB/T 28046.2-2019. At temperature T = (Tmax - 20 °C), apply a terminal voltage of 24V to 12 V series products for (60 ± 6)s. Test the basic performance of the product after the test. 5.18 Electromagnetic compatibility performance test 5.18.1 Electromagnetic disturbance performance The conducted emission - voltage test of the product shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions in 6.3 of GB/T 18655-2018. The radiation emission - ALSE method test of the product shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of 6.5 in GB/T 18655-2018. 5.18.2 Electromagnetic immunity performance The electromagnetic radiation immunity - anechoic chamber test of the product shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 33014.2-2016. The electromagnetic radiation immunity - big current injection (BCI) method test of the product shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 33014.4-2016. The transient conduction test of the product along the power line shall be carried out, in accordance with the provisions in 4.4 of GB/T 21437.2-2008. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection requirements ......
