Graded items are the basis for determining product grade. 8.4 Inspection items and inspection methods e) When the exit-factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When a national quality supervision agency requests a type inspection. 9.2.1 Group-batching and sampling 9.2.1.1 Group-batching Generally, a batch is formed by the products of the same type submitted to the user by the manufacturer at one time or processed with the same batch of raw materials (mainly cabinet materials and countertop materials). 9.2.1.2 Sampling Randomly take sample from the same batch. The number of product samples is 2 pieces for those based on piece as unit, wherein 1 piece is retained and the other is delivered for inspection. The number of product samples is 2 sets for those based on set as unit, wherein 1 set is retained and the other is delivered for inspection (if there are multiple identical single items in the set of products, 2 identical single pieces are delivered for inspection; the rest is retained). 9.2.2 Inspection items The installed products shall be inspected according to all items in Table 13. For products that are not installed as a set, the installation requirements (7.10) items are not tested. 9.2.3 Evaluation of inspection results The evaluation of the inspection results is divided into the evaluation of the individual product’s inspection results and the evaluation of the set of product’s inspection results. 9.2.3.1 Evaluation of inspection results of individual products The inspection results of individual products are divided into superior products (grade A products), first-grade products (grade B products), qualified products (grade C products), unqualified products. a) Superior products (grade A product): The basic items are all qualified; one grade B or one grade C is allowed in graded items; one item is allowed to be unqualified in the common items. b) First-grade product (grade B product): Basic items are all qualified; two grade C items are allowed in the graded item; three items are allowed to be unqualified in the common items. c) Qualified products (grade C products): Basic items are all qualified; graded items are all above grade C (including grade C); five items are allowed to be unqualified in the common items. d) Unqualified product: Products failed to meet the above requirements are assessed as unqualified product. 9.2.3.2 Evaluation of inspection results of set of products First follow the requirements of 9.2.3.1 to determine the grade of the individual product; take the lowest grade as the quality grade of this set of products. 9.3 Exit-factory inspection The exit-factory inspection shall be carried out by the enterprise quality inspection department within the inspection period that the product type inspection is qualified. 9.3.1 Group-batching and sampling 9.3.1.1 Group-batching Generally, the product of the same type submitted to the user by the manufacturing plant at one time is a batch or the product processed with the same batch of raw materials (mainly cabinet materials and countertop materials) is a batch. 9.3.1.2 Sampling Full inspection shall be carried out at the time of exit-factory inspection. Sampling inspection can be carried out if there is difficulty in large batch inspection. During the sampling inspection, use the normal inspection once sampling plan as specified in GB/T 2828; the inspection level is II; the acceptance quality limit is AQL = 6.5. 9.3.2 Inspection items The exit-factory inspection items are 7.1, 7.2.1, 7.3.1.1, 7.3.2, 7.4 (except 7.4.7), 7.7.3.3, 7.8.1.2, 7.8.1.3, 7.8.1.4, 7.9 (except 7.9.5). 9.3.3 Evaluation of inspection results of individual products It is performed according to 9.2.3.2. 9.3.4 Evaluation of inspection results of batch products Use the grade with the lowest individual piece quality in the inspection batch as the grade of batch product. If the product requirements meet the requirements of the grade evaluation during type inspection, the products shall be exit-factory ......
