NOTE. generally, the manufacturer shall use UV380, UV400 to indicate the cut-off wavelength. If the UV380 is marked, namely, the transmittance τ(λ) in the spectral range of 280nm~380nm is required to be no greater than 2.0%. 5.4.2.5 Blue light property 5.4.2.5.1 When lens claims that it has blue light protection function. For Class-0 lens, the blue light transmittance τsb shall be no greater than 0.93τv; For Class-1~Class-4 lenses, the blue light transmittance τsb shall be no greater than τv. 5.4.2.5.2 When lens claims that its blue light absorption ratio is x%, then its blue light transmittance τsb shall be no greater than (100.5-x)%. 5.4.2.5.3 When lens claims that its blue light transmittance is less than x%, then its blue light transmittance τsb shall be no greater than (x+0.5)%. 5.4.2.5.4 When lens claims that it has infrared radiation protection function, then its infrared spectral transmittance τSIRA shall be no greater than τv. 5.5 Refractive index The tolerance between the measured value and nominal value shall be ±0.005. 5.6 Abbe number (dispersion coefficient) The tolerance between the measured value and nominal value shall be ±5%. 5.7 Light irradiation proof provisions of GB 10810.2. 6.3 Anti-reflective film property The anti-reflective film property of lenses shall be inspected as per the provisions of GB 10810.4. 6.4 Surface wear resistance The surface wear resistance of lenses shall be inspected as per the provisions of GB 10810.5. 6.5 Transmittance property The transmittance property of lenses shall be inspected as per the provisions of GB 10810.3. 6.6 Refractive index, Abbe number (dispersion coefficient) 6.6.1 Device The V prism refractor with measurement accuracy no less than 5×10-5, the measuring device that is equivalent to the method described in this section can also be used. 6.6.2 Steps The test steps are as follows. a) Process the sample, so that at least two sides are perpendicular to each other the right-angle accuracy is of 90°±1’; b) Put the standard block with the same materials as the V prism into the V-shaped groove; c) Turn the telescope so that the optical axis is aligned with the direction of the outgoing light; read the zero-angle value θ1 from the micro-reading system; d) Replace with the sample, turn the telescope again to align with the beam direction; read the angle value θ2; e) The difference between two angles Δθ (Δθ =θ2 - θ1); then check the conversion table between angle θ and refractive index; the refractive index of the sample can be obtained; f) Introduce the corresponding refractive indexes of different bands into the formula to calculate the corresponding Abbe number. 6.7 Light radiation proof b) heat source; c) Thermocouple; d) Temperature display. 6.8.2 Test steps The test steps are as follows. a) Heating one end of the steel bar to (650±20) °C, the heating length is at least 50mm; measure the temperature at a distance ... ......
