This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for
Standardization – Part 1: Structure and Drafting of Standards.
This Standard was formulated according to the actual production of the Baoshan Iron
and Steel Co., Ltd.
This Standard replaced Q/BQB 471-2018.
Compared with Q/BQB 471-2018, this Standard made the following content
modifications as follows:
--- Add the description of special control requirements for performance;
--- Add description of special control requirements for roughness;
--- Add technical requirements for average peak density, RPc, in Table 8;
--- Add Appendix A Comparison List of Similar Designations.
