These Rules are applicable to the metrological supervision and inspection, arbitration and verification for net quantity of wheat flour products in the fields of production and circulation. The entrusted testing may be carried out with reference to these Rules. The units for the production and sales of wheat flour products may also be tested with reference to these Rules.
