NOTE 1: When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil shall be preheated before starting. b) The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 3000 r/min. NOTE 2: When the speed of the high-speed shaft exceeds 1800 r/min, the technical requirements of the reducer shall be determined through consultation between the manufacturer and the user. c) The peripheral speed of external meshing involute cylindrical gears shall not exceed 25 m/s, and the peripheral speed of internal meshing involute cylindrical gears shall not exceed 20 m/s. d) The working environment of the reducer shall be a corrosion-free. e) The selection of lubricating oil for the reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 8831. 3.1.2 The reducer shall be allowed to withstand the load of twice the short-term overload generated when the motor starts. The total cycle time of the permissible short-term overload shall be specified in the standard or technical conditions of the specific type of reducer. 3.1.3 The service life of the reducer is no less than 25 000 h. The service life of bearing is no less than 10 000 h. 3.1.4 The precision of gears shall be no lower than the provisions in Table 1. 3.1.9 The cleanliness of the inner cavity of the reducer shall comply with the provisions of Class C in JB/T 7929-1999. 3.1.10 The position error of the centerline of the anchor bolt hole shall be no greater than 0.2 (D-d) mm.
