This Standard is applicable to the edible salt that id made from sea water, underground brine, salt lake brine, sea salt, rock salt or lake salt. This Standard does not apply to low-sodium salt products. This Standard does not apply to salt products produced from other raw materials, especially chemical, light industry and other by-product salts. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Divide into two portions evenly after mixing, one for testing and one for spare sample. For that batch of (≥100kg) edible salt products, the sampling of iodine fortifier items is evenly distributed. Randomly draw 9 incremental samples. Each incremental sample shall not be less than 50g. Other items shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8618-2001. 6.3 Exit-factory inspection Each batch of products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Inspection items include sensory requirements, physical- chemical indicators, food additives and nutritional fortifiers. The products can leave the factory only after the inspection items are conforming and the qualification certificate is attached. 6.4 Type inspection Product type inspection includes all items required by this Standard. During normal production, it shall be no less than once every six months. Type inspection shall also be carried out in one of the following situations. a) when great changes in raw materials, production process, production equipment, production environment may affect product quality; b) when production is resumed after discontinued production for a long time; c) when there is great difference between exit-factory inspection results and previous type inspection results; d) when it is required by national quality supervision organization. The product labels shall meet the requirements of GB 7718 and GB 28050. Small packages of iodized edible salt shall be affixed with the iodized salt logo. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 Packaging materials The packaging materials in direct contact with the product shall meet the requirements of the corresponding national food safety standards and related hygiene standards. 8.2.2 Packaging measurement Packaging measurement shall comply with the provisions of "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Quantitative Packaging Commodities Measurement". 8.3 Transport Transportation tools shall be clean, dry and pollution-free. Prevent rain, moisture and exposure during transportation. It shall not be mixed with goods that can cause product contamination. 8.4 Storage The storage warehouse shall be clean and dry. It shall not be mixed with items that may contaminate the product. Prevent rain and moisture. Product storage shall be separated from the ground. ......
