3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in QB/T 2262 apply to this document.
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T40920, and the mass
of the test head is 500 g.
7.2.2 Colour fastness to water spotting
The test shall be carried out according to the regulations of GB/T 22886; use filter paper
to gently absorb the residual moisture (if any) of one drop of water after 30 minutes,
observe the appearance change of the leather part where the water has been dropped,
and after 24 hours, evaluate the degree of colour change of the part where the water has
been dropped twice.
7.3 Chemical properties
7.3.1 Hexavalent chromium
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 22807 or GB/T 38402,
and the result calculation shall be based on the actual mass of the sample.
7.3.2 pH and dilution difference
The tests shall be carried out according to the provisions of QB/T 2724.
7.3.3 Formaldehyde
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 19941.1 or GB/T
19941.2.
7.3.4 Chlorinated phenols
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 22808.
7.3.5 Decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 19942.
7.4 Sensory characteristics
Under natural light, choose a viewing distance in which the sample can be seen clearly,
and test it with senses. The colour difference of the whole leather surface shall be
evaluated with the grey scale for colour change stipulated in GB/T 250.
7.5 Subsidiary characteristics
7.5.1 Colour fastness to artificial light
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of the third method in QB/T
2727-2017.
7.5.2 Finish adhesion
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 39452, and a dry
sample shall be adopted for the test.
7.5.3 Cold crack resistance
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 22888.
7.5.4 Colour fastness to water
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 22885.
7.5.5 Coating thickness
The test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 22889.
8 Inspection rules
8.1 Batching
Products of the same variety that are produced from the same variety of raw materials
and by the same production process within a certain period of time form an inspection
lot.
8.2 Factory inspection
Before the product leaves the factory, it shall be inspected one by one (piece) for sensory
perception, and the product can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and
being attached with a certificate of conformity (or inspection mark).
8.3 Type inspection
8.3.1 Inspection timing
In one of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out:
a) There are major changes in raw materials, processes, and chemical materials;
b) When the production resumes after a long-term (6 months) suspension;
c) During normal production, at least once a year;
d) When the national supervision and management department puts forward the
request for type inspection.
