introduction
The test conditions specified in this section provide sufficient accuracy for determining the noise emitted by the appliance and comparing the results of different laboratory tests.
Sex, while simulating the actual use of the dishwasher as much as possible.
To avoid instability caused by foam, the test was carried out using a clean load and without detergent or rinse.
It is recommended to consider the noise level as part of a comprehensive test procedure that includes multiple aspects of the dishwasher's characteristics and performance.
This section considers the noise of water, drainage, pre-washing and intermediate rinsing. Therefore, the operating conditions must be noted during these operations.
This test method only deals with airborne noise.

This chapter in GB/T 4214.1-2000 is applicable except as follows.
3.4
increase.
The operating cycle of the dishwasher starts from the start of the operator and ends when the program indicator reaches the end position.
3.101
The total number of tableware and utensils that can be washed and dried by the manufacturer when loaded according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3.102
Tableware defined in the dishwasher performance standard.
Note. See Appendix A of GB/T 20290-2006.
3.103
The total number of tableware plus the corresponding number of common tableware, which together form the nominal capacity specified by the manufacturer.
3.104
It is used in accordance with GB/T 20290 for testing the washing performance, drying performance and power consumption, and the same water consumption.
Note 101. Usually the procedure is recommended by the manufacturer to use common tableware (except cooking utensils) for common contaminated loads.
3.105
During this period the load is dried for the operating cycle. Drying begins after the final rinse and the wash pump stops, until the end of the run cycle.
4 Measurement methods and acoustic environment

4.2 Direct method
increase.
Note 101. If there is pure tone component in the noise emitted, appropriate precautions should be taken in accordance with GB/T 6881.3.
4.3 Comparison method
increase.
Note 101. If there is pure tone component in the noise emitted, appropriate precautions should be taken in accordance with GB/T 6881.2 and GB/T 6881.3.
5 measuring instruments
This chapter in GB/T 4214.1-2000 is applicable.
6 Operation and setting of the tested instrument
This chapter in GB/T 4214.1-2000 is applicable except as follows.
6.1 Equipment and pre-treatment
6.1.3 Replacement.
Before starting the test, the inner surface of the appliance and the filter should be clean, if any, the container containing the salt should be filled with water.
Use the program specified in 3.104 for at least 2 cycles, with or without load.
6.1.4 Not applicable.
6.2 Power, water or gas source
6.2.2 Not applicable.
6.2.3 Not applicable.
6.2.4 Replacement.
Dishwashers designed for both cold and hot water sources should be supplied with cold water.
Water hardness can be ignored.
For noise testing, if it is not contradictory to the manufacturer's instructions, the water pressure should be (240 ± 50) kPa when entering the water. The cold water temperature should be (15 ±
5) °C, hot water temperature should be (55 ± 5) ° C.
Note. When the water source pressure/temperature is different from the pressure/temperature of the domestic related water source, testing at rated pressure/temperature may mislead the consumer.
Additional tests must be performed. If the test pressure/temperature is different from the rated pressure/temperature, it should be noted in the report.
6.4 Loading and operation of the appliance during the test
6.4.2 Replacement.
At the beginning of the test procedure, the test load shall be dry and at room temperature.
At the beginning of the test procedure, the device under test should be at room temperature.
Appliances shall be operated in accordance with 3.104, loaded according to 3.103. The test shall be loaded with uncontaminated loads, without detergents and rinses.
get on.
If the manufacturer's instructions clearly describe the loading of the rated capacity, it should be carried out according to the instructions; otherwise the principle of 3.103 should be followed.
In the latter case, at least 2 series of tests are carried out. In the second or subsequent series of tests, the load should be reasonably rearranged, as far as possible
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for normal use.
If the dishwasher has a means to adjust the water spray pressure, the water pressure used in the standard test procedure should be adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Care should be taken to prevent avoidable noise caused by the collision of tableware with water spray or spray arms.
Note. Usually, after running for one cycle, open the door and place it for 3h to cool the appliance.
6.5 Positioning and installation of appliances
6.5.1 Add.
For floor-standing appliances intended to be placed against a wall and appliances placed on the counter or on the table, they shall be placed in accordance with 6.5.3.
6.5.2 Not applicable.
6.5.3 Replacement.
Floor-standing appliances intended to be placed against walls (including cabinets, counters or test housings for appliances embedded or placed under counters)
For testing, a vertical reflecting surface should be used.
When the test is carried out in a laboratory with a rigid wall or in a dedicated reverberation chamber, part of the room wall can be used for this purpose.
The minimum area of a part of the wall shall be determined by the projection of the appliance upwards and on both sides by at least 0.5 m. Any surface of the appliance (cabinet, counter or
Test housing) The minimum distance between the wall closest to the room is 1m.
When the test is carried out in a free-field environment, a vertical reflecting surface (supported by a horizontal reflecting surface) shall be provided. The minimum dimension of the vertical surface shall be
Less than the projection size of the measurement surface.
For both test environments, the following requirements should be met.
● The acoustic absorption coefficient of the vertical reflecting surface should be less than 0.06;
● The appliance should be placed in a test environment without any elastic devices, except on the appliance;
● Care should be taken to avoid any direct contact between the appliance (including projections, top plates, spacers, etc.) and the vertical reflecting surface;
● The distance between the vertical reflecting surface and the appliance should be determined as follows. Let the appliance directly contact the vertical reflecting surface, then move the device
With (10 ± 1) cm.
6.5.5 Replacement.
Instructions for the installation and use of the dishwasher by the dishwasher manufacturer should be followed.
Appliances and manufacturers with non-removable top plates are specified for freely placed appliances and should be placed freely during testing. All other
The appliance shall be placed in the test housing in Figure 101 and the top plate shall be removed, if any.
The front edge of the dishwasher cabinet designed to be embedded (except the door) should be 20mm to 25mm behind the front edge of the test housing.
The manufacturer shall provide the vents accordingly, as required by the manufacturer's instructions.
At the left or right corner of the back of the test housing, a minimum size opening shall be provided, which is sealed with a sealing device to avoid noise
Leakage. This opening is for water supply, power connection and drain. Care should be taken to ensure that no noise generated by the structure propagates to the test housing.
If the appliance is provided with a spacer, a strip of solid or elastic material or other special means for filling the outer contour of the appliance and the inner wall or housing
These gaps should be used accordingly. If such a device is not provided, these gaps remain open.
After the appliance is loaded into the test housing, place it in accordance with 6.5.3.
Appliances intended to be integral shall be installed under the same conditions as the embedded appliance. In addition, the doors of the dishwasher shall be used by the manufacturer.
Indicates that the maximum size of the board, material and thickness allowed by the manufacturer is the same as that of the test housing, see Figure 101.
In addition, the test housing shall be fitted with the maximum height of the wall corresponding to the door of the appliance at a lower position in front of the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The board, material and thickness are the same as the test housing, see Figure 101. If the manufacturer does not give instructions, the above-mentioned skirting board should be close to the wall of the appliance.
Foot board.
