c) Fasten fasteners, such as: loose bolts and anchor bolts, in accordance with the specified pre-tightening force; d) Perform necessary dust removal and cleaning on power distribution cabinets, control cabinets and motors, etc. 6.2 The maintenance items, contents and requirements of typical virtual experience rides-type amusement devices are shown in Appendix B. 7 Repair 7.1 Before repair, grasp the operation and maintenance instructions of the product, and understand the structure of the equipment. In accordance with the failures, formulate repair schemes. Appendix C (informative) Commonly Seen Repair Methods and Requirements for Virtual Experience Rides-type Amusement Devices C.1 Repair of Hydraulic System C.1.1 Before the repair of the hydraulic system, in accordance with the design drawings, formulate a repair scheme; clarify the procedures and steps of disassembly and installation, necessary tools and equipment for construction, as well as requirements, instruments and measuring tools for post-repair inspection, etc. C.1.2 During the installation of the hydraulic pump, the oil inlet pipeline of the hydraulic pump shall be short and straight, so as to avoid excessive turns and sudden changes in the section. The oil inlet, oil outlet and rotation direction shall not be reversed. The height of oil absorption of the various types of pumps shall be not greater than 500 mm. The oil inlet pipeline shall be reliably sealed, and air shall not be sucked in. C.1.3 When installing the various hydraulic valves, pay attention to the specific directions of oil inlet and oil return. Generally, the direction control valve shall ensure that the axis is horizontally installed. For valve parts with two identical function holes, block the unused hole after installation; when installing plate-type components, before installation, the sealing ring shall protrude from the installation plane. For flange-mounted valves, the screws shall be properly tightened to prevent poor sealing. C.1.4 When installing the hydraulic cylinder, the center line of the hydraulic cylinder shall be coaxial with the action line of the load force, and the pin hole at the end of the piston rod shall be in the same direction as the earring pin hole (or trunnion). C.1.5 During the installation of the hydraulic motor, the type and installation requirements of the coupler between the hydraulic motor and the driven device shall comply with the regulations of the original manufacturer. C.1.6 After the installation of the hydraulic system is completed, carry out the withstand voltage test. The pressure test adopts a classification test, and the test pressure is 1.5 ~ 2 times the commonly used pressure of the system. During the test, pumps, servo valves, proportional valves, pressure sensors, pressure relays and accumulators in the system shall be disconnected. C.1.7 Conduct a trial run with no load. Firstly, intermittently actuate the hydraulic pump; the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor reciprocates many times. Open the system exhaust valve to exhaust; slowly adjust the relief valve to the specified pressure value; check whether there is any abnormality during the adjustment process. After a certain period of no-load operation, check the temperature rise for 30 min. C.1.8 Conduct a trial run with a certain load. The hydraulic system works under the load specified in the design. Check whether the system satisfies the pre-determined work requirements; check whether the noise and vibration are within the allowable ranges; inspect the stability of the operation of the working parts and the temperature rise. The temperature rise shall comply with the requirements of GB 8408. Overvoltage protection shall not exceed 1.2 times the rated working pressure. The trial run with a certain load shall be firstly carried out under a low load. C.1.9 When the temperature is excessively low, the hydraulic station shall be preheated first. After the oil temperature satisfies the conditions, enter the operating state. C.2 Repair of Weld Defects C.2.1 The weld defects of the rotatory arms and cylinder supports of the virtual experience rides-type large-scale amusement devices are repaired by welding, and mainly through the mode of repair welding, with the purpose of repairing cracks and compensating for wear. The selection of welding materials, process, inspection and repair shall comply with the design documents and the stipulations of GB 8408, so as to control the welding quality. C.2.2 For on-site welding, in accordance with the qualified welding processes and evaluation reports, the welding process shall be formulated. In addition, the welding shall be performed strictly in accordance with the welding process. If necessary, welding process specimens shall be produced on the site and pass the evaluation. On-site welding operation shall not be performed on the parts where on-site repair welding is not allowed in the design documents. C.2.3 When one of the following circumstances occurs on the site of welding, corresponding protection measures shall be taken to satisfy the welding requirements, otherwise, welding shall not be performed: a) wind speed: for gas shielded welding, greater than 2 m/s; for other welding methods, greater than 10 m/s; b) relative humidity: greater than 90%; c) rain and snow environment; d) weldment temperature is lower than -10 C. C.2.4 For long-distance welding (above 20 m) on the construction site, the length of cable extension shall be compatible with the cable diameter (cross-sectional area); the cables cannot be used in coils during operation. Before welding, the welding machine shall be debugged to ensure that the output voltage of the welding cable is consistent with the value displayed on the voltmeter of the welding machine. C.2.5 The welding process shall have welding records. After welding, in accordance with the requirements of the design documents and relevant standards, conduct non-destructive testing or tests to ensure that the welding quality complies with the requirements. ......
