1 Scope
This Standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of professional
clothing.
This Standard applies to professional clothing of mass production.

Terms and definitions determined by GB/T 15557 are applicable to this
document.
4 General technical requirements
4.1 Instructions for use
4.1.1 The instructions for use of professional clothing shall comply with the
provisions of GB/T 5296.4.
4.1.2 The identification mark shall reflect its professional attributes and
characteristics.
4.2 Size specifications
4.2.1 The size setting of professional clothing shall meet the requirements of
GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 or GB/T 6411.
4.2.2 The specifications of main parts shall be designed according to the
relevant regulations of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 or GB/T 6411.
the measured object; visually inspect at a distance of 60 cm; compare with the
sample card of GB/T 250.
5.3 Determination of physical and chemical properties
5.3.1 Test the washing dimensional change rate in accordance with the
provisions of GB/T 8630; use GB/T 8629-2017, A-type standard washing
machine; set the washing program of 4G; for those that express washing by
hand, set the washing program of 4H; for the drying method, use program A.
Test the dimensional change rate after dry cleaning in accordance with FZ/T
80007.3; use the mild dry cleaning method. For the dimensional change rate
after washing, randomly select three finished products in the batch for testing;
take the average value of the three products as the test result. If the test result
includes shrinkage and elongation at the same time, take the average of the
two samples of shrinkage or elongation as the test result. For the dimensional
change rate of the woven fabrics, mark according to the corresponding
measuring part; for the dimensional change rate of knitted fabrics, take the coat
length and the chest circumference as the vertical and horizontal measuring
parts. Take the trousers length and the crotch (measure from the bottom of the
crotch in a direction perpendicular to the length of the trousers to the side of the
trousers) as the vertical and horizontal measuring parts; take the average value
of left and right crotch as the calculation basis in horizontal direction.
5.3.2 Test the lightfast color fastness in accordance with GB/T 8427-2008, of
which the exposure is exposed to phase-I according to method 3.
5.3.3 Test the fuzzing and pilling performance of the finished product in
accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4802.1-2008, in which the combed
woven fabrics and ordinary knitted fabrics are executed according to method E;
the loose-structure combed woven fabrics and carded woven fabrics are
executed according to method F; the rest of the woven fabrics are executed
according to Method D. Wool knitwear and wool-like knitwear are implemented
in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4802.3-2008; turn the combed
product 14 400 r; turn the carded product 7 200 r.
5.3.4 Test the tear strength in accordance with GB/T 3917.2.
5.3.5 Test the burst strength in accordance with GB/T 19976-2005; the diameter
of the steel ball shall be (38 ± 0.02) mm.
5.3.6 For the appearance test method after washing, wash and dry the samples
by 5.3.1; then, combine with the requirements in Table 1, and assess according
to the assessment method in GB/T 21294.
5.3.7 For other items of physical and chemical properties, test in accordance
