1 Scope
This Standard specifies the installation and acceptance for read-write equipment of the
electronic identification of stationary motor vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to the installation and acceptance for read-write equipment
of the electronic identification of stationary motor vehicles.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions stipulated in GB/T 35786-2017 are applicable to this
document.
4 Installation
4.1 Installation environment
The installation location of the read-write equipment shall meet the following
requirements.

c) When the antenna unit of separated read-write equipment or integrated read-
write equipment are installed on the roadside, the angle between the horizontal
project of antenna element normal line and the direction of travel shall be no
greater than 30°, which can refer to Appendix B.
4.6 Installation height
The installation height of read-write equipment outdoors shall meet the following
requirements.
a) When installed on the pole, the clearance height shall be greater than or equal
to 2.5m;
b) When installed on the crossbar, the clearance height shall be greater than or
equal to 5.5m;
c) When installed in bridge, tunnel, culvert, etc., the clearance height shall be no
lower than the road height limit;
d) The clearance height of antenna unit shall be no greater than 7m.
4.7 Feeder unit
The bending radius of the feeder unit of the separated read-write equipment shall be
greater than 15 times of the outer diameter of the feeder cable; the bending position
shall be smooth and uniform, no repeatedly bending is allowed; the feeder shall not be
wrapped or twisted but laid smoothly and straight.
4.8 Member bar
The installation of member bar shall meet the following requirements.
a) It is advisable to use circular or polyhedral variable section profiles to make; the
connection between the pole and crossbar shall be welded the fixed flange plate;
at least 4 reinforcing ribs shall be welded between the flange plate and rod;
b) The threading holes shall be left at 0.3m~1.0m from the pole to the ground;
waterproof screed, cover plate and fixed screws shall be equipped with;
c) The installation locates of read-write unit and antenna unit shall be reserved
outlet holes; the rubber sheath, cable backwater trap hook shall be equipped
with;
d) Install the plastic or anti-corrosion-treated metal waterproof cap on the top of the
pole; while the bottom shall be welded the fixed flange plate; at least 4 reinforcing
