General requirements 3 Terms, definitions and symbols 3.1 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T environmental tests and 9 hydrogen environmental tests. 4.5 The boost rate shall be kept constant during the test. Its value shall be in the range of 0.01 MPa/min ~ 100 MPa/min. 4.6 The recommended values for the boost rate of the six helium environmental tests are 0.01 MPa/min, 0.1 MPa/min, 1 MPa/min, 10 MPa/min, 50 MPa/min and 100 MPa/min, respectively. 4.7 Nine hydrogen environmental tests are divided into two groups. The recommended values for the boost rate of the first six tests are 0.01 MPa/min, 0.1 MPa/min, 1 MPa/min, 10 MPa/min, 50 MPa/min, and 100 MPa/min. 5 Test equipment 5.1 See Annex A for the basic structure of the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity test equipment. It is mainly composed of upper flange, lower flange, pressure ring, replacement hole, air inlet, exhaust port, etc. 5.2 The materials used in the test equipment shall meet the requirements of the corresponding national standards or industry standards. Materials in direct contact with hydrogen shall have good compatibility with hydrogen. 5.3 Test equipment shall meet the relevant safety requirements of GB/T 29729 and GB/T 34542.1. 5.4 Flow control valve shall be installed in the intake line of the test equipment. 5.5 The accuracy level of the pressure sensor in the test equipment shall not be lower than 0.25. 5.6 The upper cavity height shall be greater than or equal to 25.5 mm. 5.7 The inner diameter of the pressure ring shall be 25.5 mm. The radius of curvature of the fillet shall be mm. The room temperature standard tensile strength of the material shall be greater than 1100 MPa. 5.8 The flange shall be connected by 10 M10-high-strength steel bolts. When the rubber O-ring is used as the sealing element, the tightening torque is 30 N·m. 6 Sample requirements 6.1 The process of disk sample shall be the same in the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity test. And processing shall not change material properties. ......
