parties, and shall be indicated in the contract when needed.
6 Test methods
6.1 Determination of main dimensions and their deviation
The test piece shall be placed on a flat plate or the flat ground, and measured
with a steel ruler or a tape measure with an accuracy of not less than 1 mm.
Dimensional deviation is the difference between the product identification value
and the measured value.
6.2 Determination of shape and position tolerances
6.2.1 Determination of warping degree
A warping degree measuring instrument with an accuracy of not less than 0.1
mm shall be used. SELECT a panel with the most severe warping degree;
PLACE the instrument on the diagonal of the panel to measure; the maximum
distance is the measured value of warping degree.
6.2.2 Determination of level degree
A level degree measuring instrument with an accuracy of not less than 0.01 mm
is used. SELECT 3 panels with the least level degree; MEASURE the distance
between the length of 0 mm ~ 150 mm on the surface AND the reference line;
the maximum distance is the measured value of level degree.
6.2.3 Determination of vertical degree of adjoining side
A steel ruler or a tape measure with an accuracy of not less than 1 mm is used;
MEASURE the length of the two diagonals and opposite side of the rectangular
Macroscopic and microscopic inspection methods are used to determine the
consistency of product and identification. Samples of furniture materials may
be provided at the time of product inspection. If no sample is provided, it shall
be sampled on the furniture for inspection. In the inspection report, it shall
indicate that “the sample is provided” or indicate the sampling position.
6.3.2 Inspection of moth damage of wood materials
Using the method of visual observation, carefully check whether there are live
insects or eggs or moth damage powder in the wood material.
6.3.3 Determination of wood moisture content
The measurement is carried out using a wood moisture meter having an error
of not more than ±1 %. Select any 3 portions with a height of 100 mm or more
from the ground, and calculate the average moisture content of the 3 portions
as the wood moisture content of the test piece.
In case of any dispute over the test result or an arbitration test, the wood
moisture content shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 1931.
6.4 Appearance inspection
6.4.1 Decolorization and color losing inspection
Three positions are inspected at the outward appearance or inward finishing of
the product. Use a wet skim white gauze to rub back and forth 3 times at each
place by hand; the reciprocating distance of rubbing is 200 mm ~ 300 mm.
Observe whether the gauze has the color on the finished portion.
6.4.2 Inspection of other appearance inspection items
The inspection shall be carried out under natural light or near natural light in the
range of 300 lx ~ 600 lx (for example, 40 W daylight), within the visual distance
of 700 mm ~ 1000 mm, by three people. Most of the same conclusions are used
as test results.
6.5 Physical and chemical performance determination methods
6.5.1 Physical and chemical performance test position
Physical and chemical performance determination is generally carried out on
the surface of the accessible and usable portion of the horizontal part of
products.
6.5.2 Physical and chemical performance test of paint film coating
6.5.2.1 Determination of resistance to liquids of paint film
