GB/T 33216-2016 NATIONAL STANDARD OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ICS 77.140.85 J 32 Steel Open Die Forgings on Hammer - Classification of Complexity and Equivalent Coefficient ISSUED ON: DECEMBER 13, 2016 IMPLEMENTED ON: JULY 1, 2017 Issued by: General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine; Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China. Table of Contents Foreword ... 3  1 Scope ... 4  2 Classification of Complexity for Steel Open Die Forgings on Hammer ... 4  3 Equivalent Coefficient ... 9  Foreword This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 74 on Forging of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 74). The drafting organizations of this Standard: First Design and Research Institute MI China Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Lanshi Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology, Hubei Tri-ring Forging Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this Standard: Xuqiang, Cui Shuangbin, Wen Tiejun, Zhang Yunjun, Zhoulin, Yangwu, Weiwei, Chen Tianfu, Wang Bingzheng, Chen Wenjing, Huang Mingwei. Steel Open Die Forgings on Hammer - Classification of Complexity and Equivalent Coefficient 1 Scope This Standard stipulates the classification of complexity and equivalent coefficient for steel open die forgings on hammer. This Standard is applicable to general-purpose carbon-steel and structural alloy-steel open die forgings (including tire die forgings) on hammer. This Standard may be considered as a basis for the statistics of the standard production volume of forgings, and the formulation of production quota and energy consumption. In addition, it may also be considered as a reference for enterprises in the formulation of sale price. 2 Classification of Complexity for Steel Open Die Forgings on Hammer In this Standard, steel open die forgings are classified into 9 types in accordance with the complexity of forging shapes, as it is shown in Table 1. 3 Equivalent Coefficient The nominal equivalent coefficient of each type of forgings shall comply with the stipulations in Table 2. In this Standard, Type-VII forgings are taken as the benchmark (nominal equivalent coefficient Zm = 1), which is corrected in accordance with the following circumstances: a) Correct in accordance with Table 3 and the tonnage of equipment used in forging production; b) Correct in accordance with Table 4 and the batch of forgings; c) In terms of forging billet which are pre-forged through hot die forging, determine the type in accordance with the shape, then, lower to an inferior type for calculation (for example, lower Type-I to Type-II, and so forth). However, if it belongs to Type-IX, it shall still be calculated as Type-IX; d) Correct in accordance with Table 5 and the grade of steel used for the forgings. Table 2 -- Table of Nominal Equivalent Coefficient (Zm) Table 3 -- Table of Equipment Tonnage Correction Factor (X1) Table 4 -- Table of Forging Batch Correction Factor (X2) Type of Forgings Nominal Equivalent Coefficient Zm Correction Factor X1 Mass of Forging Hammer Dropping Part/t Correction Factor X2 Forging Batch/PCS ......
