General; - Part 2. Off-vehicle radiation sources; - Part 3. On-board transmitter simulation; - Part 4. Bulk current injection (BCI). This Part is part 1 of GB/T 33012. This Part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Part uses the re-drafting method to amend and adopt ISO 11451-1.2005 “Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 1. General principles and terminology” and ISO 11451- 1 AMD 1.2008. Technical differences between this Part and ISO 11451-1.2005 and the causes are as follows. - Clause 1 is normatively prepared according to the specifications of GB/T 1.1-2009; - ADD the clause of normative references and include in a number of national standards used in the text according to the specifications of GB/T 1.1-2009; - DELETE the terms and definitions in the original international standard for they are repeated in GB/T 29259, and it is modified to reference to national standards to avoid duplication of definitions; - INCLUDE the contents of Clause 3 of the original international standard IN 4.1; INCLUDE the contents of 4.1 of the original standard IN 4.2; MERGE Clause 3 and Clause 4 of the original standard to maintain correspondence of the structure with the original standard; - The original international standard has an Amendment in 2008, which made a great adjustment to Annex A “Functional performance status classification (FPSC)”; taking into account that the understanding on and requirements for functional performance status classification (FPSC) in current international standards are more similar to the new version, so Annex A of this Part adopts Amendment of 2008; - Because the principle of functional performance status classification (FPSC) is Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 1. General 1 Scope This Part of GB/T 33012 specifies the basic test conditions, test equipment and test procedures for vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy. This Part applies to M, N and O vehicles (not limited to vehicle power systems such as spark-ignition engines, diesel engines, motors). 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including all amendments) applies. Off-vehicle radiation sources (GB/T 33012.2-2016, ISO 11451-2.2005, MOD) GB/T 33012.3 Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 3. On-board transmitter simulation (GB/T 33012.3-2016, ISO 11451-3.2007, MOD) GB/T 33012.4 Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 4. Bulk current injection (BCI) (GB/T 33012.4-2016, ISO 11451-4.2006, MOD) 3 Terms and definitions For the purpose of this document, terms and definitions defined in GB/T 29259 apply. Unless otherwise specified, the following test conditions apply to all parts of GB/T 33012. - test temperature; - test voltage; - modulation method; - residence time; - frequency step size; - definition of test severity; - test signal quality. NOTE. Using the same test conditions with the corresponding part of GB/T 33012 may get a better correlation. Unless otherwise specified, the tolerances of the parameters used are as follows. - duration and distance. ± 10 %; - resistance and impedance. ± 10 %; - power meter. ± 1 dB; - field strength probe. ± 3 dB. 4.3 Test temperature During the test, the vehicle will generate heat in the laboratory, it shall be cooled to prevent the engine from overheating. During the test, the ambient temperature is (23 ± 5) °C. If the supply and demand parties agree on the use of other test temperatures, they shall be stated in the test report. 4.4 Test voltage For tests that require the vehicle's engine to be in operation, the vehicle charging system shall function properly. For tests that do not require the vehicle's engine to be in operation, if the test plan has no other requirements, the 12 V system battery voltage shall be kept above 12 V and the 24 V system battery voltage shall be kept above 24 V. 4.5 Modulation method 6 Test procedures 6.1 Test Plan The test plan shall be developed prior to the test, including the following. - vehicle test severity; - vehicle/component monitoring conditions; - frequency band; - test method; - vehicle operation mode; - vehicle acceptance criteria; - polarization method; - vehicle direction; - antenna location; - contents of the test report; - other special instructions and differences relative to standard tests. NOTE. Some of these items may not apply to all test methods. 6.2 Test methods 6.2.1 General Substitution method and closed-loop method apply to the corresponding part of GB/T 33012. 6.2.2 Substitution method Use forward power as the reference parameter for calibration and test. The specific test level (electric field, current, voltage or power) shall be calibrated before the test. Test the vehicle with a test signal in accordance with the predetermined calibration values in the test plan. Both the forward power and the reflected power during calibration and test shall be recorded. The forward power required for the test signal can be calculated according to the calibrated value and the following equation. Annex A (normative) Function performance status classification (FPSC) A.1 General This annex describes the functional performance statue of a device, that is, how a particular device works as expected under the influence of a particular test signal, giving a general definition method for the qualification situation of the vehicle in and after the narrowband radiated electromagnetic disturbance test. The definition method shall be used in conjunction with the relevant part of GB/T 33012. The test shall be carried out in the actual automotive electromagnetic environment specified in the relevant part of GB/T 33012, which will help the standard users to optimize the design of potential sensitive components and systems. This annex does not specify specific parameters for the severity of the test signal, which are determined by the vehicle manufacturer and the component supplier. A.2 Principle of functional performance status classification (FPSC) Functional performance status classification (FPSC) takes into account the following factors. - A DUT may include one or more functions (e.g., an electronic control unit can control the front wiper, pedal lamp and passing beam lamp); - One function can have one or more operation modes (e.g., passing beam lamp ON, passing beam lamp OFF, pedal lamp ON, pedal lamp OFF); - One operation mode can have several statues (I, II, III, IV) (e.g., passing beam lamp ON operation mode, passing beam lamp ON during the application of the disturbance, and the passing beam lamp can automatically restore after the disturbance is applied.
