On-board Terminal 1 Scope This Part of GB/T 32960 specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the remote service and management system for electric vehicles. This Standard applies to integrated and independent on-board terminals. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. General GB/T 28046.2-2011 Road Vehicles – Environmental Conditions and Testing for Electrical and Electronic Equipment – Part 2. Electrical Loads be lower than 1 time/s. 4.2.3 Data storage 4.2.3.1 The on-board terminal shall store the acquired real-time data in the internal storage medium at intervals not exceeding 30 s. When the vehicle gives an third-level alarm in accordance with Table 17 of GB/T 32960.3-2016, the on-board terminal shall store the acquired real-time data in the internal storage medium at intervals not exceeding 1 s. 4.2.3.2 The capacity of the on-board terminal storage medium shall meet the requirement of the real-time data storage for 7 days at least. When the on-board terminal internal storage medium is full, it shall have the automatic cycle coverage function of the internal storage data. 4.2.3.3 The data stored in the on-board terminal shall be readable. 4.2.3.4 When the on-board terminal is powered off and stops working, the data stored in the internal medium before the power failure shall be completely saved. 4.2.4 Data transmission 4.2.4.1 The on-board terminal shall have the function of transmitting the acquired real-time data to the enterprise platform. 4.2.4.2 The transmission time interval and data type of the real-time data uploaded to the enterprise platform by the on-board terminal shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 32960.3-2016. 4.2.5 In case of the communication failure, the on-board terminal shall store the real- time data in the local storage medium, and re-send the real-time data after the communication is resumed; the data re-sent and the method shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 32960.3-2016. 4.2.6 Registration and activation The on-board terminal shall have the function of supporting registration and activation on the enterprise platform in a remote mode. 4.2.7 Independent operation When the external power supply is disconnected abnormally, the on-board terminal can operate independently, and guarantee at least the data 10 min before the failure of the external power supply can be uploaded to the enterprise platform. Note. The data refers to the relevant data specified in GB/T 32960.3-2016. 4.2.8 Remote control It is preferable for the on-board terminal to have the functions including self-checking, The mechanical vibration resistance performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of 4.1 in GB/T 28046.3-2011. 4.3.2.4 Mechanical impact resistance performance The mechanical impact resistance performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of 4.2 in GB/T 28046.3-2011 in accordance with the mounting position of the on-board terminal. 4.3.2.5 Enclosure protection performance The enclosure protection degree of the on-board terminal shall be selected in accordance with Table A.1 of GB/T 28046.4-2011; after the test, all functions of the on- board terminal shall remain level A as defined in GB/T 28046.1-2011. 4.3.2.6 Low-temperature performance The low-temperature storage and operation performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of 5.1.1 in GB/T 28046.4-2011. 4.3.2.7 High-temperature performance The high-temperature storage and operation performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of 5.1.2 in GB/T 28046.4. 4.3.2.8 Temperature gradient performance The temperature gradient performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of 5.2 in GB/T 28046.4. 4.3.2.9 Damp heat cycle resistance performance The damp heat cycle resistance performance of the on-board terminal shall meet the requirements of Test 1 of 5.6 in GB/T 28046.4. 4.3.3 Electromagnetic compatibility performance 4.3.3.1 Immunity to electrical disturbances from electrical transient conduction along power supply lines The severity degree of the test for the immunity to electrical disturbances from electrical transient conduction along power supply lines shall meet the requirements of level III in Table A.1 or Table A.2 in GB/T 21437.2-2008. The test shall be conducted in accordance with 5.2.3.1; all functions of the on-board terminal during and after the test shall meet the requirements of Table A.4 or Table A.5 in GB/T 21437.2-2008. 4.3.3.2 Immunity to electrical disturbances from electrical transient transmission by coupling The severity degree of the test for the immunity to electrical disturbances from 5.2.1.3 Overvoltage performance The test ... ......
