3.1 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1.1 Data storage as a service
Cloud storage
Data storage as a service refers to a service delivery mode, which complies with the
specified service level with scalability, and provides virtualized storage and data
service in the demand-based and demand-billed mode through the network. This
delivery mode does not need configuration, or, is configurated through the self-service

3.1.2 Metadata
Metadata refers to data that defines and describes other data.

Due to conflict with the current status of the
resource being requested, request cannot be
completed
411
http content-length header field is missing in the
requested message
413
Server refuses to process the current request,
because the entity data submitted by the
request exceeds the acceptable size of the
server
415
The requested resource does not support the
entity format of the request
416
If Range request header is included in the
request, and any data range appointed in Range
is misaligned with the usable range of the
current resource, meanwhile, If-Range request
header is not defined in the request, then, the
server shall return 416 status code.
500
Server is in unexpected condition, which makes
it impossible to complete the processing of the
request
501
System does not implement the operation and
metadata involved in the request; it cannot be
processed
