Part 2. thermoplastic flexible film bag
1 Scope
GB/T 31556 specifies the section of this flexible thermoplastic film bag size of terms and definitions described size, measurement and test reports.
This section applies to flexible thermoplastic film bag predetermined GB/T 17858.2, that is made of a soft thermoplastic monolayer film processing
Or multi-ply bag, this does not apply to retail packaging bag.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 17858.2 and define the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Bag length lengthofsack
The distance between the lateral edges of the bag, the bag bottom is perpendicular to the direction of measurement from the intermediate bag.
3.2
Bag width widthofsack
The distance between the longitudinal edges of the bag, the bag bottom parallel to the direction of measurement from the intermediate bag.
3.3
Hem wide widthofgusset
Expand the hem flange outer distance between the two.
3.4
Bag bottom width widthofbottom
The distance between the two bag bottom hemming, measured parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bag from the middle bottom of the bag.

Port width widthofvalve
The distance between the port or two hemming inner valve sleeve; for heat sealing the bag is the distance between the port and the hemming similar heat seal line.

4.4 the valve opening position
The following applies to marker valve bag and heat seal bonding the pocket valve.
The plated printed side facing up, as viewed from above, the valve opening position shown in Figure 8, may be described as the top or bottom, and left or right.
Note 1. The two ends of the valve pocket can be folded in the same direction and to be folded in opposite directions.

Measurement Method 5
5.1 Tools
Long range is not less than a ruler or other measuring pockets, an indexing value of 1mm.
5.2 Test procedure
