Example. HR315F 6 Technical Requirements 6.1 Chemical compositions 6.1.1 The steel chemical compositions (smelting analysis) shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. The permissible deviation of chemical compositions of finished steel products shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 222. 6.1.2 The contents of residual elements of copper, chromium, nickel in steel shall be no greater than 0.30%, respectively; if the supplier can guarantee the above provision, analysis can be ignored. 6.2 Smelting method The steel sheet and strip used steel is smelted by oxygen converter or electric furnace. Unless otherwise specified, the smelting method is selected by the supplier. 6.3 Delivery state 6.3.1 Steel sheet and strip are delivered in the hot rolled state. 6.3.2 When steel sheet and strip have hot rolled pickled surface, generally they shall be delivered in the oil painting state; the painted oil film can be removed by the alkaline solution; in the general package, transportation, loading and unloading, and storage conditions, the supplier shall guarantee no rust within 3 months since they were... ......
