After testing, according to 6.5 rupture or fracture, it shall not be produced. 4.5 Surface quality Strip surface shall not have rust, grease, continuous oxidation tint and the pinhole whose size is greater than 1.0 mm. There shall not be more than one pinhole, which is visible to light, per square centimeter. 5 Test methods 5.1 Size measurement The measurement of strip thickness shall adopt the measuring tool with minimum division value of 0.001 mm. The measurement of strip width shall adopt the measuring tool with minimum division value of 0.1 mm. 5.2 Appearance test Strip appearance shall be visually checked. 5.3 Chemical composition analysis The chemical composition analysis of the alloy shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant methods specified in GB/T 223. 5.4 Measurement of magnetic properties The sample for measuring magnetic properties of strips is a toroidal core winding around strips, and conducting heat-treated. Measurement methods are conducted in accordance with the provisions specified in GB/T 3657, GB/T 3658 or GB/T 19346. 5.5 Test of flexural toughness Take a strip of no less than 1 m in length, inward-facing freely; fold it back 180 ° closely to a polished steel rod with 3 mm in diameter. The entire strip is passed through from beginning to end. 5.6 Inspection of surface quality The surface quality of strips shall be visually inspected. The size measurement of pinhole is carried out using the measuring tool with division value of 0.1 mm. ......
