The length tolerance is 0~+50 mm. A cleaning depth. The cleaning depth is calculated from the actual dimension and shall not exceed half of the tolerance. There shall be no more than one place where the maximum cleaning depth is reached on the same cross-section. 7 Test methods 7.1 Inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling methods, test methods The inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling methods, and test methods of each lot of steel bars shall comply with Table 4. Table 4 -- Inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling methods, test methods No. Inspection items Sampling quantities, pieces Sampling methods Test methods 1 Chemical composition 1/furnace GB/T 20066 GB/T 223 or GB/T 4336 2 Tensile test 1 GB/T 2975 and 7.2 GB/T 228.1 3 Bend test 1 GB/T 2975 GB/T 232 4 Impact test 3 GB/T 2975 and 7.2 GB/T 229 5 Macrostructure 2 Different steels equivalent to the ingot head GB/T 226, GB/T 1979 6 Dimensions, shape Piece by piece - Suitable measuring tools which meet the accuracy requirements 7 Surface Piece by piece - Visual inspection 7.2 Sampling for tests of mechanical properties 7.2.1 For the steel bar with a diameter of not more than 40 mm, it shall retain the rolled surface of the steel bar. The tensile test shall be carried out without machining. When the testing machine is not capable enough, the sample is allowed to be turned. According to the provisions of GB/T 2975, cut the impact sample. 7.2.2 For the steel bar with a diameter greater than 40 mm, at the positions shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, cut the tensile and impact samples. ......
