This duty is referred to as S1. 3.1.2 Duty S2 - short-time duty When operating under rated load, periodic overload is allowed to apply. Overload multiplication; and each-time overload duration, interval time; and the entire operation time shall be specified in the product standard, see Figure 2. This duty is referred to as S2, in-short. The duration of duty shall be marked subsequently. For example. S2 60 min 3.1.3 Duty S3 - intermittent periodic duty Operate at a series of same operation cycles. Each cycle includes a period of constant load operation time, and a period of off-machine and off-energy time, see Figure 3. For such duty, every periodic starting current has no significant effect to temperature rise. This duty is referred to as S3. The load duration factor shall be marked subsequently. For example. S3 25% 3.1.4 Duty S4 - intermittent periodic duty with starting Operate at a series of same operation cycles. Each cycle includes a period of starting time which has significant influence to temperature rise; a period of constant load operation time; and a period of off-machine and off-energy time, see Figure 4. Electrical machines and controllers shall have good insulation performance. And the test shall be conducted according to the measurement method specified in national standard GB/T 12113-2003. When work normally, its hot-state contact current shall not be larger than 5 mA. 5.20 Noise The noise produced by the operation of electrical machines and controllers shall meet the noise limit requirements specified in GB 10069.3-2006. 5.21 Vibration The vibration of electrical machine shall be reference to the vibration limit requirements specified in GB 10068-2000. 5.22 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) 5.22.1 Electromagnetic radiation The electromagnetic radiation produced during the operation of electrical machines and controllers shall not exceed the permissible values of radiated interference specified in Chapter 4 of GB 14023-2006. 5.22.2 Electromagnetic radiation noise immunity Test shall be conducted according to the measurement method specified in Chapter 4 and the anti-interference level specified in Table 1 of GB/T 17619-1998. The electrical machines and controllers can work normally under the normal service conditions. 5.23 Durability It shall meet the assessment requirements specified in the technical agreement of the purchaser and manufacturer. 6 Inspection Test Items Each electrical machine and controller must be inspected with the following items. Inspection test items include. a) Mechanical inspection, including the inspections of turning rotating, installation dimension, external dimension, quality, appearance and nameplate contents; b) Cold DC resistance value of electrical machine stator winding; c) Interturn insulation of electrical machine winding; d) Mechanical strength of controller shell; e) The insulation resistance BETWEEN electrical machine stator winding AND shell; f) Withstand voltage; g) No-load inspection; h) Locked-rotor torque and locked-rotor curren... ......
