This Standard is applicable to merry-go-round amusement ride. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Mobile merry-go-round amusement ride shall be calculated for preventing sideslip. 5.1.5 Important shafts (pin shafts) that are difficult to inspect and detect shall be designed for infinite life. 5.2 Machinery and structure 5.2.1 For merry-go-round amusement ride that uses peripheral transmission, the track surface shall be smooth. The gap at the butt joint of the track shall not be greater than 2mm. The height difference shall not exceed 1mm. 5.2.2 For merry-go-round amusement ride that uses peripheral transmission, the orbit shall be smooth. There shall be no abnormal shaking during operation. The ride body shall not have abnormal vibration. 5.2.3 For merry-go-round amusement ride that uses peripheral transmission, the driving wheel and load wheel shall have proper pressure on the track surface. There is no obvious deviation of the trajectory of the driving wheel and the bearing wheel relative to the track position. The gap between the guide wheel and the track shall be adjusted properly. 5.2.4 The rotating platform shall be a plane structure. Anti-slip measures shall be provided. It shall not set up steps. When the special seat type requires steps, it shall not be more than 2 steps. 5.2.5 The gap between the rotating platform and the fixed part, in the horizontal direction, shall not be greater than 30mm. If the rotating platform is higher than the fixed part, the vertical clearance shall be appropriate and protective measures shall be provided. 5.2.6 For merry-go-round amusement ride that has passenger restraint device, the safety distance is not less than 500mm outside the inner surface of the seat. For amusement rides without fences and passenger restraints on the rotating platform, the safety distance is not less than 500mm from the outermost side of the rotating platform. For merry-go-round series, during operation, the vertical distance between the surface of the rider seat and the obstacle above shall not be less than 1400mm. The vertical distance between the bottom surface and the rotating platform shall not be less than 90mm. For rotating cup series, the distance between the outer railing and the outermost side of the cup shall be greater than the maximum outer diameter of the cup. effectively. The riding device shall move up and down, forward and backward, and shall not crush or pinch passengers. 5.3.5 For rotating cup series, rotating express series or other types of merry- go-round series that are at risk of being thrown out by passengers, the cockpit shall be equipped with barriers to ensure that passengers cannot be thrown out or slide out. 5.3.6 In accordance with acceleration zone requirements in GB 8408, the merry-go-round series with acceleration in area 4 or area 5, shall be equipped with two independent passenger restraint devices or a fail-safe passenger restraint device. The locking device shall be redundant and easy to check. 5.4 Electrical control system 5.4.1 Safety-related electrical control systems shall comply with the fail-safe principle. When the system has faults such as signal acquisition error, control line disconnection, power supply line disconnection or short circuit, the system shall be guided to safety. 5.4.2 The selection of safety components of the control system shall meet the requirements of GB/T 16855.1. The selection of hardware and software in the electrical and electronic programmable devices of the control system shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20438. 5.4.3 For merry-go-round series amusement ride, when the rotating platform of the multi-layer merry-go-round allows independent rotation, a separate control mode shall be set. A safety confirmation button shall be set when the rotating platform on the second floor and above starts and start interlocking with the device. The entrance and exit of the rotating platform shall be able to automatically align with the entrance and exit of the stairs when it stops automatically. 5.4.4 In accordance with acceleration zone requirements in GB 8408, for the merry-go-round series with acceleration in area 4 or area 5, the passenger restraint device shall be set to close and lock and the equipment start interlock function. 5.4.5 The exposed current collector shall take waterproof measures or have a waterproof function to meet the requirements for use under exposed conditions. 5.7.3 The merry-go-round series with the designed acceleration zones as area 3, area 4, and area 5 shall undergo acceleration test. The test value is not more than 5% of the design value (including impact coefficient). 5.7.4 The main stress structure of the newly designed first merry-go-round amusement ride shall undergo stress test. The test results shall meet the design requirements. 5.7.5 The whole machine operation test shall include no load, partial load and full load tests. There shall be no abnormal vibration, shock, heat, sound and jamming during the running test. After the operation test, the machinery and structure shall not have abnormal wear, deformation, falling off and so on. The electrical parts shall not have falling off, damaged, abnormal heating and so on. The foundation shall not have uneven settlement and cracking. 6 Inspection, testing and test requirements 6.1 Basic requirements 6.1.1 The manufacturer shall formulate specific inspection, testing and test plans based on relevant standards, design documents, manufacturing processes and equipment characteristics. The plan shall include inspection, testing and test of machinery and structure, loading system, electrical control system, emergency rescue system, complete machine and so on. 6.1.2 After each product is installed and debugged, it shall be inspected, tested according to the formulated plan. All items are qualified before delivery for use. 6.1.3 The wind speed during the test shall not be greater than 8m/s. 6.1.4 Unless there are special requirements, the test environment temperature should be -5°C ~35°C, and the relative humidity of the test environment shall not be greater than 85%. 6.1.5 The error between the test load and its rated value shall not exceed ±5%. 6.1.6 Before the test, check the integrity of the parts, components and connections in the amusement equipment machinery and structure, loading system, electrical control system, emergency rescue system, and auxiliary equipment, and consistency with the design. 6.1.7 After the test, the parts with problems or doubts shall be inspected, and the causes of the problems found shall be identified in time, and measures shall be taken, and detailed records shall be made. 6.1.8 After each inspection, an inspection report shall be prepared. The sets of restraint devices, each set of restraint devices shall function independently. Each set of restraint device shall be tested not less than 3 times. 6.3.2 The device is at rest. After the safety lever is closed and locked, apply a force of 500N to the end of the lever. The direction of the force shall be perpendicular to the connection of the pressure bar rotation arm. The duration is 60s. The pressure bar and its locking device shall be effective, and there shall be no obvious deformation or damage. Test each passenger restraint device not less than 3 times. 6.4 Electrical control system 6.4.1 For merry-go-round series, when the rotating platform of the multi-layer carousel allows independent rotation, test the independent control function of each layer under full load conditions. Test the interlocking function of the safety confirmation button and equipment start of the rotating platform on the second layer and above. Test the function of automatically aligning with the stairway when the rotating platform on the second layer and above stops automatically. The test shall be carried out not less than 3 times. 6.4.2 For merry-go-round series with passenger restraint device interlocking, open or unlock any safety restraint device. Press the device start button and the device shall not start. The test shall be carried out not less than 3 times. 6.5 Emergency rescue 6.5.1 The emergency rescue inspection shall include the effectiveness and timeliness of rescue devices and rescue measures under various foreseeable working conditions in the plan. 6.5.2 Simulate equipment power failure or other foreseeable unexpected situations. Use prescribed emergency rescue equipment and passenger evacuation measures. Under the full load and partial load conditions allowed by the design, it can effectively guide passengers to a safe area. Simulate once for each working condition. The time for each evacuation shall not exceed 1h. condition, each measuring point shall be measured repeatedly at least 3 times, and the maximum value shall be taken as the test value. The eccentric load test shall be loaded according to the rated load of the designed eccentric load condition. The continuous test is not less than 1h. The full load test shall be loaded according to the rated load of the actual working condition. Continuous test is not less than 8h per day. Continuous and no-failure cumulative operation test is not less than 80h. 7 Accompanying documents, marks, packaging, transport and storage 7.1 Accompanying documents, marks 7.1.1 The product shall include at least the following accompanying documents before delivery, and shall be placed in the control cabinet box or the host box: a) Product conformity certificate; b) Product maintenance instructions and maintenance drawings; c) List of spare parts and wearing parts; d) Certificates and manuals of main purchased parts; e) List of special tools and instruments (if any); f) Mobile merry-go-round series shall be accompanied by disassembly instructions. 7.1.2 The merry-go-round series shall have product nameplates at prominent locations.
