The Standard is the Part 3 of GB/T 17626.
This Standard is equivalent to IEC 61000-4-3. 2002 (Ed. 2.1) Electromagnetic
compatibility Testing and measurement techniques Radiated, radio-frequency,
Electromagnetic field immunity test, which is based on IEC 61000-4-3. 2002(Ed. 2)
+Revision A1(2002)
This part made the following editorial modification based on GB/T 20000. 2-2001
“Standardization Work Guide Part 2. Rules to adopt international standards) by deleting the
Foreword and Introduction in IEC 61000-4-3. 2002(Ed. 2.1), and including the involved
modification in the Preface.
This part replaces GB/T 17626.3-1998 Electromagnetic compatibility Testing and
measurement techniques Radiated, radio-frequency, Electromagnetic field immunity test
The major changes are described as follows.
1. Scope. add the description of two aspects
a. The possible future introduction of new radio services which may degrade the
performance of electrical and electronic equipment may result in test levels
being specified in other frequency bands.
b. The section deals with immunity tests related to general purposes. Particular
considerations are devoted to the protection against radiofrequency emissions
from digital radio telephones.
2. In General, the following content is added. In recent years there has been a
significant increase in the use of radio telephones and other radio transmitters
operating at frequencies between 0.8 GHz and 3 GHz. Many of these services use
modulation techniques with a non-constant envelope (e.g. TDMA).
3. Definitions. 4 definitions are added. 4.18 human body-mounted equipment; 4. 19
maximum RMS value; 4.20 non-constant envelope modulation; and 4.21 TDMA
(time division multiple access)
4. Add 5.2 Test levels related to the protection against RF emissions from digital radio
telephones
5. Test equipment. add a more clear definition on the calibration method for the case
when the area intended to be occupied by the face of the actual EUT is larger than
1.5 m ×1.5 m in 6.2 Calibration of field, and also add 6.2.1 Constant field strength
calibration method and 6.2.2 Constant power calibration method.
6. Test configuration. add 7.4 Arrangement of human body-mounted equipment.
7. Test Procedure. add the definition on the dwell time of the amplitude modulated
carrier.
8. Add two considerations in evaluation of test results.
