This Part is Part 4 of GB 5606. All technical contents of this Part are mandatory. This Part replaces GB 5606.4-1996 "Cigarettes - Sense technical requirement". The main changes of this Part, as compared with GB 5606.4-1996, are as follows. - CANCEL the cigarette type; - ADD the cigarette price category; PROPOSE the technical requirements according to the price category; - ADJUST the scores of the technical requirements of each item. Appendix A of this Part is a normative appendix. This Part was proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (TC 144). Drafting organizations of this Part. This standard replaces the standard previously issued as follows. - GB 5606-1985; Cigarettes - Part 4.Technical requirements for sense evaluation 1 Scope This Part of GB 5606 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules for the sensory quality of cigarettes. This Part applies to cigarettes of various flavor styles. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this Part through reference to this Part of GB 5606.For any referenced document with a date, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this Part. However, parties to an agreement based on this Part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any referenced document without a date, the latest version shall apply to this Part. GB/T 5606.1 Cigarettes - Part 1.Sampling GB/T 16447 Tobacco and tobacco products - Atmosphere for conditioning and testing (GB/T 16447-2004, ISO 3402.1999, IDT) 3 Requirements 3.1 The criteria for judging the sensory quality of cigarettes are given in Table 1.The terms are given in Appendix A (Normative). Appendix A (Normative) Terms A.1 Flavor The general term for pleasant and comfortable smell and taste, which is the comprehensive feeling of people's sense of smell and taste. A.2 Oily The tobacco shreds have a bright luster, oily, shiny. A.3 Aroma The unique aroma of tobacco inherent in the cigarette smoke itself. A.4 Abundant and full body The aroma is rich and full. A.5 Smooth The smoke particles are fine and smooth. A.6 Richness The aroma is abundant and not lacking, but not rich.
