Foreword
All technical contents of this Standard are mandatory.
This Standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard replaces GB 30510-2014 “Fuel consumption limits for heavy-
duty commercial vehicles”. As compared with GB 30510-2014, the main
changes are as follows.
- TIGHTEN fuel consumption limits for vehicle models;
- In the 5500 kg< GVW≤7000 kg classification of trucks, ADD the superscript
on the limits for gasoline vehicles.
This Standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of Ministry
of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC.

Fuel consumption limits for
heavy-duty commercial vehicles
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the fuel consumption limits for heavy-duty commercial
vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to the commercial vehicles burning gasoline and
diesel with a gross vehicle weight greater than 3500 kg, including trucks, semi-
trailer towing vehicles, passenger cars, dump trucks, and city buses.
This Standard is not applicable to special-purpose working vehicles, including
van-type special-purpose working vehicles, tank-type special-purpose working
vehicles, special dump working trucks, stake-type special-purpose working
vehicles, special crane and lift working vehicles, and special-construction
special-purpose working vehicles, etc.
