This Standard replaces GB/T 19239-2003 Mounting requirements of special equipment for liquefied petroleum gas vehicles and GB/T 19240-2003 Mounting requirements of special equipment for compressed natural vehicles. Compared with GB/T 19239-2003 and GB/T 19240-2003, the main technical changes are as follows. - Combined 19239-2003 and GB/T 19240-2003 as one standard; specified mounting requirement, mounting method and inspection method of special equipment for gas vehicles, including compressed natural vehicles, liquefied petroleum gas vehicles; - Deleted diesel-CNG dual-fuel and diesel-LPG dual-fuel vehicles; - Modified provisions of general requirements (see 4.1.5 of this edition, 4.1.4 of 2003 edition); - Modified mounting requirements of filling receptacle (see 4.3.1 of this edition, 4.3 of 2003 edition); - Modified leak test methods of gas vehicles (including CNG system and LPG system) (see 5.1 of this edition, 6.3 of 2003 edition); - Modified test method of cylinder mounting strength (see 5.3 of this edition, 6.3 of 2003 edition); - Added mounting strength test of filling receptacle (see 5.4 of this edition). This Standard references to the third revision of ECE R110 Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Vehicles with Regard to the Installation of Specific Components of An Approved Type for the Use of Compressed Natural Gas in Their Propulsion System and the second revision of ECE R67 Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Vehicles with Regard to the Installation of Specific Components of An Approved Type for the Use of Liquefied Petroleum in Their Propulsion System. This Standard was proposed by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. Mounting requirements of special equipment for gas vehicle 1 Scope This Standard specifies mounting requirements, mounting method and inspection method of special equipment for gas vehicle. This Standard applies to compressed natural gas (hereinafter referred to as CNG) single-fuel, gasoline/CNG duel-fuel vehicles of which the rated working pressure is not greater than 20 MPa, and liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter referred to as LPG) single-fuel, gasoline/LPG duel-fuel vehicles of which the rated working pressure is not greater than 2.2 MPa. Vehicles of other related types of gas can reference to this Standard for implementation. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 17676 Natural gas vehicle and liquefied petroleum gas vehicle Identification - Marks GB/T 17895 Natural gas vehicle and liquefied petroleum gas vehicle - Vocabulary QC/T 245 Mounting requirements of special equipment for compressed natural gas vehicles QC/T 247 Mounting requirements of special equipment for liquefied petroleum gas vehicles QC/T 29009 Automotive wire connector technical conditions ISO 6487.2000 Road vehicles - Measurement techniques in impact tests - Instrumentation ventilation shall be directed at the interface with the ground within the range of 45° cone. The total area of ventilation shall not be less than 450 mm2. After seal-boxes, bellows and ventilation interfaces are mounted and tested according to the method in 5.2, there shall be no leakage or permanent deformation. 4.2.2 Cylinder valves and fittings shall have protective devices to prevent collision, overturning, etc.; the distance between cylinder valve and vehicle outer contour edge shall not be less than 200 mm. When cylinder is mounted under vehicle chassis, it shall take effective protective measures, and cylinder accessories are not permitted to be located before the front axle. When cylinder is mounted in exposed space of vehicle, it shall take effective protective measures. 4.2.3 Non-metallic plate shall be mounted between cylinder and fixed base. Its fastening bolt shall have locking device. 4.2.4 After cylinder is firmly mounted, it shall meet the following technical requirements. - After conducting test in accordance with the method stipulated in 5.3.1, the cylinder shall be still fixed on vehicle. There shall be no fracture, falling off for fasteners; - After conducting test in accordance with the method stipulated in 5.3.2, fixing point relative displacement of cylinder and its fixing base shall not exceed 13 mm. 4.3 Filling receptacle 4.3.1 Filling receptacle shall be mounted at position where it has appropriate protection and is easy to perform inflation. Size of its outstanding vehicle contour edge portion shall not exceed 10 mm. 4.3.2 After filling receptacle is mounted and tested in the test method described in 5.4, there shall be no leakage. 4.4 Pipeline 4.4.1 High-pressure pipe is generally rigid pipe. Flexible pipe shall be used for special part. It must use flexible pipe to connect components which can make relative displacement. Flexible high-pressure shall use elastic fixing clip to fix before and behind each bend. Spacing between fixing clips shall not exceed 300 mm. 4.4.2 High-pressure pipe fittings must not go through or be mounted in cab and passenger compartment or positions where it is highly heated, vulnerable not make friction with adjacent components. Overcurrent protective device shall be set in circuit. 4.9.2 The electromagnetic valve shall be set between cylinder and pressure regulator. The electromagnetic valve shall be mounted away from electrical equipment. The mounting plate can not be in direct contact with the magnetic element. 4.9.3 The mounting of electric component shall be performed in accordance with electronic component mounting specifications. 5 Test methods 5.1 Leakage test of gas vehicle system 5.1.1 CNG system leakage test CNG system leakage test shall be performed in method stipulated in 5.1.3 or 5.1.4, respectively under low pressure of 0.9 MPa ~ 1 MPa and high pressure of 18 MPa ~ 20 MPa. 5.1.2 LPG system leakage test LPG system leakage test shall be performed in method stipulated in 5.1.3 or 5.1.4, under system working pressure of 1.6 MPa ~ 2.2 MPa. 5.1.3 Fluid leakage inspection It shall use neutral foaming liquid for test. Make foaming liquid to be coated on the whole surface of detection part. Observe for at least 1 min. The detection area shall be free of bubbles. After the test, it shall wipe foaming liquid off detection part in case of corrosion to system components. 5.1.4 Leakage detector inspection Before detection, clean off residual oil or sealant of inspection part so as to prevent reaction of detector to several flammable gases (e.g., oil stains or vapor of sealant) of which it shall cause the detected gas may not be leaked natural gas or tracer gas. Wind speed shall be less than 3 m/s during detection. It shall use explosion-proof digital display instrument of which accuracy is not less than ± 5% FS, alarm set point is 0.025‰ to detect each connection interface. There shall be no leakage alarm. The detection time shall be less than explosion-proof instrument response time. 5.2 Tightness test of seal-boxes The height of horizontal force application mechanism at vertical direction is step-less adjustable. 5.3.2.1.2 Test apparatus shall adapt to different mounting modes of each cylinder of different vehicle models. 5.3.2.1.3 Test apparatus shall be able to record and automatically display data of force and displacement; automatically draw “force-displacement” curve. 5.3.2.2 Test methods 5.3.2.2.1 Based on actual mounting mode of original vehicle, size-structure of test specimen, in accordance with test requirements, the mounting method shall not strengthen the cylinder fixing. 5.3.2.2.2 Adjust force application mechanism, so as to make force application point through cylinder center. Directions of force application are vehicle forward direction, vertically upward direction and any direction of left and right. 5.3.2.2.3 Apply static force that is 8 times cylinder gravity when it is filled with rated working pressure ONTO the test specimen. When it reaches to the preset value, force shall be automatically stopped. It shall make a real-time recording on data of force and displacement, draw “force-displace... ......
