Reshaping knitted shape underwear generally has supporting parts and its traction or restraint effect is relatively strong; light-shaping knitted shape underwear is generally made of high elastic fabric and its traction or restraint effect is relatively weak. 5 Product size The size is indicated by the cup code, the chest circumference (underbust grith) suitable for the human body, the waist circumference, and the height (in centimeters). The definition of the cup code and underbust grith shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of FZ/T 73012.The specific provisions are as follows. a) Shaping brassiere (Figure 3). mark the cup code and underbust grith. B75, indicating a B-type cup, and underbust grith of 75 cm. b) One-piece shaping garment with cups (Figure 4)/one-piece shaping dress with cups (Figure 5). mark the height, cup code, underbust grith, and waist circumference in sequence, and the height is separated from the cup code and waist circumference by “/”. Example. 160/B75/64, indicating a height of 160 cm, B-type cup, underbust grith of 75 cm and waist circumference of 64 cm. c) Shaping panty (Figure 6)/waist cincher (Figure 7)/short shaping skirt (Figure 8). mark the waist circumference. Example. 160/75/64, indicating a height of 160 cm, chest circumference of 75 cm and waist circumference of 64 cm. 6 Requirements 6.1 Grading regulations 6.3.4 Sewing regulations 6.3.4.1 The tightness of all stitches shall be appropriate to ensure that they are not broken after stretching. 6.3.4.2 Elastic sewing threads should be used for flat seams and overlock seams. 7 Test methods 7.1 Internal quality inspection 7.1.1 Color fastness to washing with soap or soap and soda Implement according to the provisions of test method A(1) in GB/T 3921-2008. 7.1.2 Color fastness to water Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 5713. 7.1.3 Color fastness to perspiration Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 3922. 7.1.4 Color fastness to rubbing Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 3920, only vertical direction. 7.1.5 Fiber content Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 2910 (all parts), FZ/T 01057 (all parts), FZ/T 01026, GB/T 38015. 7.1.6 Tensile elastic recovery rate The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of “Determination of single tensile elastic recovery rate and plastic deformation rate under fixed force value” in FZ/T 70006.The fixed load value is 35 N, the pre-tension is 1 N, and 3 specimens are taken. The sampling positions of the specimens are respectively in the length direction and the circumference direction of the finished product. The effective size is 10 cm × 5 cm. The specimen can include the sewing seam, which shall be located in the middle of the length direction of the specimen, and the sewing seam shall be perpendicular to the length direction of the specimen, as shown in Figure 1.The test result is the average value of the 3 specimens. 8 Sampling rules 8.1 For intrinsic quality, randomly sample according to the delivery batch by type, color, specification and size. The quantity shall be able to ensure that each single item of intrinsic quality test is carried out once. 8.2 For appearance quality, randomly sample 1 % ~ 3 % according to the delivery batch by type, color, specification and size, but not less than 20 pieces. If the batch is less than 20 pieces, all of them will be sampled. 9 Determination rules 9.1 Batch determination 9.1.1 Intrinsic quality If one or more items of intrinsic quality do not meet the requirements of 6.2, the batch of products will be determined to be unqualified. Among them, if the color fastness item does not meet the requirements, the batch of products will be determined to be unqualified according to the color. 9.1.2 Appearance quality The non-conforming product rate of appearance quality is calculated in batches according to type, color and model. If the non-conforming product rate is within 5.0 %, the batch of products will be determined to be qualified; if the non-conforming product rate is above 5.0 %, the batch of products will be determined to be unqualified. 9.1.3 Result determination If both 9.1.1 and 9.1.2 are qualified, the batch of products will be determined to be qualified. 9.2 Single piece determination If the number of product inspection pieces is lower than the number of sampling pieces for batch determination, the intrinsic quality and appearance quality will only be determined on the inspected samples, and the determination will be made in accordance with provisions of 9.1, and it will be noted in the inspection report. 9.3 Others Defects that seriously affect the wearing performance are not allowed. 9.4 Re-inspection 9.4.1 If any party disagrees with the inspection result, it may request a re-inspection. ......
