This document serves as a replacement of FZ/T 73005-2012 Low Wool Content and Wool Like Knitting Goods. In comparison with FZ/T 73005-2012, the main technical changes are as follows: ---The scope of application is modified (see Chapter 1; Chapter 1 of Version 2012); ---The Normative References is adjusted (see Chapter 2; Chapter 2 of Version 2012); ---The stipulation that the basic safety technical requirements for children’s products shall comply with GB 31701 is added to Safety Requirements (see 4.1; 3.1 of Version 2012); ---The grading is modified into superior products, first-class products and qualified products (see 4.2; 3.2 of Version 2012); ---The color fastness requirements for the printing parts and dip dye products are deleted (see 3.3.3 of Version 2012); ---The main modifications to the intrinsic quality grading include (see Table 1; Table 1 and Table 2 of Version 2012): a) The fiber content is modified to comply with GB/T 29862; b) The washing program No. for the relaxation dimensional change rate is adjusted; c) The assessment indicator for dry-cleaning dimensional change rate is added; d) The assessment indicators for alkylphenols and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers are added; e) The expression of color change and interfacing color staining for the color fastness to washing, perspiration, water and dry-cleaning is modified, and the corresponding assessment indicators are adjusted; f) The assessment indicator for color fastness to transfer in joints is added; g) The position of the remarks is adjusted, and the content is modified. ---The main modifications to the test methods include (see Chapter 5; Chapter 4 of Version 2012): a) The safety requirements inspection in GB 31701 are added (see 5.1; 4.1 of Version 2012); Low Wool Content Blend and Wool-like Knitting Goods 1 Scope This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance inspection rules, packaging and marking of low wool content blend and wool-like knitting goods. This document is applicable to the identification of the quality of low wool content blend knitwear with a sheep wool content below 30%, wool-like knitwear made of pure or blended non-sheep wool fibers, and products made of the above-mentioned knitted fabrics as the main fabric and spliced with other fabrics. Other animal hair fiber products may also take this as a reference. This document does not apply to low wool content blend and wool-like knitted products for infants and young children aged 36 months and under. 2 Normative References The contents of the following documents constitute indispensable clauses of this document through normative references in the text. In terms of references with a specified date, only versions with a specified date are applicable to this document. The basic safety technical requirements for children’s products shall comply with the stipulations of GB 31701. 4.2 Grading Regulations 4.2.1 The low wool content blend and wool-like knitting goods are graded as superior products, first-class products and qualified products. 4.2.2 The grading of low wool content blend and wool-like knitting goods is comprehensively assessed based on the intrinsic quality and appearance quality, and the grading depends on the lowest item. 4.2.3 The intrinsic quality is assessed on a per-batch basis, and the appearance quality is assessed on a piece-by-piece basis. 4.3 Grading of Intrinsic Quality The intrinsic quality is graded in accordance with the stipulations of Table 1, and the grading depends on the lowest item in the inspection results. 4.4 Grading of Appearance Quality Carry out the grading in accordance with FZ/T 3018. 5 Test Methods 5.1 Inspection of Safety Requirements Carry out the inspection in accordance with the items and test methods specified in GB 18401. For children’s products, carry out the inspection in accordance with the items and test methods specified in GB 31701. 5.2 Inspection of Intrinsic Quality 5.2.1 Fiber content test Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 2910 (all parts), GB/T 16988, GB/T 38015, FZ/T 01026, FZ/T 01057 (all parts), FZ/T 01101 and FZ/T 30003, etc. 5.2.2 Pilling test Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 4802.3. For combed products, flip for 14,400 r, and grade them in comparison with GSB 16-2923 Standard Image of Pilling of Combed Wool Knitwear; for semi-combed and carded products, flip for 7,200 r, and grade them in comparison with GSB 16-2922 Standard Image of Pilling of Carded Wool Knitwear. 5.2.3 Skew angle test Carry out the test in accordance with FZ/T 20011-2006. The washing program is 1  7A. 5.2.4 Relaxation dimensional change rate test Carry out the test in accordance with FZ/T 70009. 5.2.5 Drycleaning dimensional change rate test 5.2.5.1 Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 19981.2. Use the drycleaning program for specific sensitive materials to wash once, without ironing; specimen preparation shall be carried out in accordance with FZ/T 70009. 5.2.5.2 In accordance with Formula (1), respectively calculate the drycleaning dimensional change rate of each pair of marking points in the length direction and width direction of the specimen. Where, DG---the mass deviation rate of a single finished product, expressed in (%); m0---the conventional moisture regain mass of a single finished product, expressed in (g); m---the specified mass of a single finished product, expressed in (g). 5.2.8 Test of color fastness to light Carry out the test in accordance with Method 3 in GB/T 8427-2019. 5.2.9 Test of color fastness to washing Carry out the test in accordance with the A1S conditions in GB/T 12490-2014, without adding steel balls. 5.2.10 Test of color fastness to perspiration Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 3922. 5.2.11 Test of color fastness to water Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 5713. 5.2.12 Test of color fastness to rubbing Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 3920. 5.2.13 Test of color fastness to drycleaning Carry out the test in accordance with GB/T 5711. 5.2.14 Test of color fastness to transfer in joints Carry out the test in accordance with Method A in GB/T 31127-2014. For fabrics, whose specimen dimension does not meet the requirement of (100  2) mm  (40  2) mm, cut in accordance with the maximum dimension of the actual specimens, then, combine two specimens into a combined specimen along the short edges. 5.3 Inspection of Appearance Quality Carry out the inspection in accordance with FZ/T 73018. ......
