Foreword
This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020,
Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of
standardizing documents.
This document replaces GB/T 18655-2018 Vehicles, boats and internal combustion
engines-Radio disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement for the
protection of on-board receivers. Compared with GB/T 18655-2018, except for
structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
-- Extend the upper limit of the test frequency band to 5925 MHz (see Clause 1;
Clause 1 of the 2018 edition);
-- Include GB/T 19596-2017 as a reference source for terms and definitions (see
Clause 3);
-- Add the terms and definitions of antenna matching unit, boat, broadband
emission, charging mode, compression point, equipment under test, direct
current charging artificial network, narrowband emission, open area test site,
powerline communications, RF boundary, signal/control port, wired network
port, vehicle (see 3.1, 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 3.11, 3.13, 3.16, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, 3.23,
3.25, 3.27, 3.28);
-- Change the voltage range for the term “high voltage” (see 3.14; 3.8 of the
2018 edition);
-- Delete “Radiated emissions from components/modules – TEM cell” (see
Annex F of the 2018 edition);
-- Add examples of test setup for EUTs with shield power supply systems and
integrated drive motor system (see Figures H.6, H.18, and H.20).
This document adopts CISPR 25.2021, Vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines
- Radio disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement for the
protection of on-board receivers by modification.
The technical differences between this document and CISPR 25.2021 and their reasons
are as follows.
-- Add the terms given in GB/T 4365-2024, GB/T 19596-2017 and GB/T 29259-
2012 to this document to adapt to the specific situation in our country;
-- Delete the terms 3.1, 3.2, 3.8, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.18, 3.31 and 3.35 in
CISPR 25.2021, which have been listed in GB/T 4365-2024, GB/T 19596-
2017 and GB/T 29259-2012;
-- Use the normative references GB 1002 and GB/T 2099.1 to replace IEC
61851-1.2017 (see 3.9.1) to adapt to the specific situation in our country;
-- Use the normative reference GB/T 6113.101 replace CISPR16-1-1(see 4.4.1,
4.4.2) to adapt to the specific situation in our country;
-- Add "Artificial mains networks (AMN) / artificial networks (AN) shall
comply with the provisions of Annex E" (see 5.4.3.3) to adapt to the specific
situation in our country;
-- Use the normative reference GB/T 6113.102 to replace CISPR16-1-2 (see
6.4.3) to adapt to the specific situation in our country;
-- Use the normative reference GB/T 44119 to replace SAE ARP 958.1 Rev D.
2003-2(see 6.5.2.2) to adapt to the specific situation in our country;
-- Include the notes of 6.3.2.3, 6.3.3, 6.5.2.6, as well as Note 1 of 6.5.1, and Note
2 of 6.5.2.7 to the main text to comply with the standard drafting rules;
-- Adjust the DAB III bands in Tables 1 and 2 of CISPR 25.2021 to comply with
the actual frequency bands used in our country (see Tables 1, 2, 4, 7 and 8);
-- Adjust the service/frequency ranges in CISPR 25.2021 - according to the
actual frequency bands used by the carrier frequencies of vehicle-mounted
receivers in our country - as follows.
Adjust the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth band from 2 402 MHz to 2 494 MHz, making
it 2 400 MHz ~ 2 494 MHz after adjustment (see Table 1, Table 2, Table
4, Table 8);
Adjust the Wi-Fi band FROM the original 5470 MHz ~ 5725 MHz TO
5470 MHz ~ 5850 MHz (see Table 1, Table 2, Table 4, Table 8);
-- Adjust the examples of test setup in Annex H - according to the use
requirements of drive motor system for electric vehicles in our country - as
follows.
Add examples of test setup for EUTs with shield power supply systems
and integrated drive motor system (see Figures H.6, H.18, and H.20);
Add examples of coaxial test setup for drive motor systems (see Figures
H.5, H.6, H.11, H.12, H.17, H.18, H.19 and H.20);
-- Change the thickness parameter of the low relative dielectric constant support
in “Example of test setup for conducted emissions – voltage method –
measurement on LV ports with injection on HV supply ports” to be consistent
with other example figures (see Figure H.22);
Vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines - Radio
disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of
measurement for the protection of on-board receivers
1 Scope
This document contains limits and procedures for the measurement of radio
disturbances in the frequency range of 150 kHz ~ 5 925 MHz. This document applies
to vehicles, boats, trailers, internal combustion engines-driven devices and any
electronic/electrical component intended for use in vehicles, boats, trailers and devices.
The details of frequency distribution in this document refer to the International
Telecommunications Union (ITU) publications and actual applications in China. The
limits are intended to provide protection for on-board receivers installed in a vehicle
from disturbances produced by components/modules in the same vehicle.
The receiver types to be protected are, for example, broadcast receivers (sound and
television), land mobile radio, radio telephone, amateur, citizens' radio, Satellite
Navigation (Beidou, GPS etc.), Wi-Fi, V2X, and Bluetooth. This document does not
include protection of electronic control systems from radio frequency (RF) emissions
or from transient or pulse-type voltage fluctuations. These are included in other
standardization committee publications.
The limits in this document are recommended and subject to modification as agreed
between the vehicle manufacturer and the component manufacturer. This document is
also intended to be applied by vehicle manufacturers as well as component and
equipment suppliers which are to be added and connected to the vehicle harness or to
an on-board power connector after delivery of the vehicle.
This document defines test methods for use by vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, to
assist in the design of vehicles and components and ensure controlled levels of on-board
radio frequency emissions.
The emission requirements in this document are not intended to be applicable to the
intentional transmissions from a radio transmitter as defined by the ITU including their
spurious emissions.
Note 1.This exclusion is limited to those intended transmitter emissions, which leave
the EUT as radiated emissions and are coupled onto the wire line in the
measurement setup. For conducted transmissions on frequencies intentionally
produced by the radio part of an EUT, this exclusion does not apply.
