Foreword
To implement the "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law", reducing the impact of mosquito coils in the production and use on the environment and human health,
Development of this standard.
This standard mosquito product design, the release of hazardous substances, packaging and recycling requirements proposed.
This standard "Environmental Labeling Products Mosquito coils" (HJ/T 310-2006) has been revised, the main changes are as follows.
- The standard name from the "mosquito coils" to "mosquito";
- Modify the scope, increasing the electric mosquito coils and electric mosquito liquid, mosquito coils to the ignition mosquito coils;
- Modify the Mosquito coils soot emission targets;
- An increase of 2,6-di-t-butyl-methyl phenol, 2 (3) - 4 - tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol and requirements phthalates;
- Increase the use of solvents for electric mosquito liquid, mosquito coils using adhesive ignition requirements;
- Increasing the requirements for packaging and recycling;
- The efficacy of the requirements included in the basic requirements.
This standard applies to Chinese environmental product certification mark.
This standard is developed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science, Technology organization.
This standard is mainly drafted by. Ministry of Environmental Protection and Development Center, China Commodity Industry Association Family Health insecticidal products designed
Industry Committee.
This standard MEP January 13, 2014 for approval.
This standard since March 1, 2014 implementation date of the implementation of the place of HJ/T 310-2006.
The standard explanation by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--HBC 11-2002, HJ/T 310-2006.
Technical requirements for environmental labeling products mosquito coils
1. Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions mosquito eco-labeled products, basic requirements, technical contents, and testing methods.
This standard applies to ignition mosquito coils, electric mosquito coils and electric mosquito liquid.
2. Normative references
The standard content of the following documents cited in the articles. For undated references, the effective version applies to this standard.
GB 24330-2009 Domestic sanitary insecticide supplies General technical safety
GB/T 18455 Packaging Recycling Marks
GB/T 19378 and the code name of the pesticide formulations
GB/T 28015-2011 domestic sanitary insecticide dust Test Method
Ministry of Agriculture [2007] Decree No. 10 pesticide registration information requirements
3. Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Mosquito mosquito-repellent incense
For the drive to kill mosquitoes, smoke or ignite supporting the formulation and use mosquito repellent. (GB/T 19378)
3.2 amount of smoke soot emission load
After quantitative ignition ignited mosquito coils, was collected by filter (paper) all the soot discharged until the ignition is completed, the collected dust
By weight based on mg/g expressed.
3.3 tar emissions tar emission load
After quantitative ignition mosquito coils ignited the fumes exhaust all the ether extract, namely tar component, tar emissions in mg/g
FIG.
4. Basic Requirements
4.1 Quality of products shall meet the relevant quality standards.
4.2 Pollutant emission of the pollutant emission standards should be consistent with the requirements of national or local regulations.
4.3 products manufacturing enterprises in the production process should strengthen cleaner production.
5. Technical Content
5.1 Product Requirements
5.1.1 toxic products should meet the level requirements slightly toxic "pesticide registration information requirements" set forth.
5.1.2 product not add tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT), 2 (3) - tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol (BHA).
5.1.3 Products not add phthalates listed in Appendix A.
5.1.4 electric mosquito liquid not add benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene.
5.1.5 ignition mosquito coils should be used water-based adhesive.
5.1.6 the amount of soot ignition mosquito coils shall not exceed 5mg/g.
5.1.7 ignition mosquito tar emissions shall not exceed 1.2mg/g.
5.2 Packaging Requirements
5.2.1 Packaging and packaging materials in the total amount of heavy metals lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium should not exceed 100mg/kg.
5.2.2 shall be in accordance with GB/T 18455 were marked.
5.3 recycling requirements
Enterprises should provide product return and recycling information.
6. Test Method
6.1 Technical content 5.1.6 will be detected according to the method GB/T 28015-2011 requirements.
6.2 5.1.7 Technical content inspection carried out according to the method specified in appendix B.
6.3 in the technical contents of other indicators incorporated by document review field inspection to verify.
Appendix A
(Normative)
Banned phthalates
Chinese name English name abbreviation
Diisononyl phthalate Di-iso-nonylphthalate DINP
Phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate Di-n-octylphthalate DNOP
Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate Di- (2-ethylhexy) -phthalate DEHP
Diisodecyl phthalate Di-isodecylphthalate DIDP
Phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate Butylbenzylphthalate BBP
Dibutyl phthalate, Dibutylphthalate DBP
Appendix B
(Normative)
Ignition mosquito tar emissions testing procedures
B.1 equipment
Soxhlet extractor
Analytical balance .( division value 0.1mg)
Oven
Dryers (built-in color gel)
B.2 Reagents
Anhydrous ether. AR
B.3 step
Dust sample preparation with reference to GB 24330-2009 Appendix E content E3 steps.
The sampling filter with analytical balance was put into Soxhlet extractor extraction tube, the connection has been dried and precisely weighed receiving flask,
The upper end of the condenser is added anhydrous ether 40ml, placed on a water bath heated to reflux, extraction 4h. Remove the receiving flask volatile ether (recycled)
To when nearly dry, placed in 105 ℃ oven drying 1h, then moved to the dryer 1h, accurately weighed with an analytical balance receiving flask. Before and after receiving flask
The weight difference is the weight of tar.
Calculation Results.
D = [(M1- M2)/M] × 1000 (B-1)
Where. D-- ignition mosquito tar emissions, mg/g;
After extraction M1-- receiver mass, g;
M2-- pumping advance receiver mass, g;
M-- the sample mass, g.
