4 Principle

After the sample is processed, the soybean lectin in the sample solution is combined with the soybean lectin antibody (capture antibody) coated in the microplate, and the plate is washed and removed The unbound other components are then combined with the soybean lectin enzyme-labeled antibody, and the enzyme-labeled substrate is added to develop the color, and the microplate reader is used to measure at the wavelength of 450nm Absorbance value, calculate the soybean agglutinin content.
