This standard applies to non-additive polyamide homopolymer. But for the methanol extract can contain additives, polyamide homopolymer, if the required measurement wherein the content of monomers and oligomers, will have to use an appropriate method of determining the amount of co-additive is extracted and corrected. This standard does not apply to alcohol-soluble polyamide.
