1 Scope

This document provides the principles for hazard identification of the safety of intelligent consumer products, and the classification of hazards, and establishes the general process for hazard identification of the safety of intelligent consumer products, including information preparation, feature analysis, and hazard determination. This document is applicable to the hazard identification activities of intelligent consumer products.

2 Normative references

The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. 3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 intelligence The ability to possess human or human-like intelligence characteristics. Note. Human or human-like intelligence characteristics are manifested in the fact that in the process of achieving a certain purpose, they will always experience one or more processes or process cycles of perception, decision-making, and execution, and improve their ability to achieve goals as well as their efficiency and effectiveness to achieve goals. [Source. GB/T 28219-2018, 3.1] 3.2 consumer product Mainly but not limited to products designed and produced for personal use, including product components, parts, accessories, instructions for use and packaging. [Source. GB/T 35248-2017, 2.2] 3.3 safety A state free from unacceptable risk. [Source. GB/T 20002.4-2015, 3.14] 3.4 hazard Potential source of harm. [Source. GB/T 28803-2012, 3.2] 3.5 information hazard Factors that may expose information to unauthorized, accidental or intentional access, disclosure, transmission, modification or destruction. 3.6 ethical hazard Factors that violate the specific behavioral norms that need to be followed when dealing with the relationships between people, people and society, and people and nature.

4 General principles

4.1 Comprehensiveness It covers the entire life cycle of intelligent consumer products, including design, production, packaging, storage, transportation, use and recycling, and conducts comprehensive identification from multiple dimensions such as physical hazard, chemical hazard, information hazard, and ethical hazard. 4.2 Scientificity According to the essential characteristics of the hazard, select scientific and effective identification methods to ensure the reliability and accuracy of hazard identification. 4.3 Systematicness The identification process comprehensively considers laws and regulations, standards and specifications, economic development, technological changes, and concept improvement, maintains objectivity and transparency, and avoids subjective bias. 4.4 Dynamicity According to technological advances and market changes, update hazard identification methods in a timely manner to respond to emerging hazards.

5 Hazard classification

According to the characteristic attributes of hazards of intelligent consumer products, the hazards of intelligent consumer products are divided into physical hazards, chemical hazards, information hazards and ethical hazards.

6 General process

The general process for identification of intelligent consumer products includes information preparation, feature analysis, and hazard determination, as shown in Figure 1.Among them, the process for identification of physical hazards and chemical hazards can also be established in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 39011-2020. 7.2 Information investigation If it is considered necessary to verify the authenticity and completeness of the collected information, on-site investigations or other measures shall be arranged to further collect, verify and organize the information to maximize the effectiveness of the information required for hazard identification.

8 Feature analysis

8.1 Use object analysis. a) Use object features. such as gender, age, health status, education level, degree of specialization, etc.; b) Usage behavior habits. information such as the way, actions, habits, usage duration, frequency, etc., of the use object in using the product under normal use and reasonably foreseeable misuse. 8.2 Product function analysis. including the functions or effects that the product can achieve in a specific environment, such as perception, control, communication, identification, interaction, etc. 8.3 Use environment analysis. including natural factors such as climate, region, temperature and humidity, as well as living environment characteristics such as exercise, rest, home and work.

9 Hazard determination

9.1 Injury scenario construction and analysis. Through experimental simulation, behavioral observation, etc., simulate different injury scenarios caused by consumers using intelligent consumer products in different use environments; analyze the harm mechanism of the "consumer-product-environment" relationship involved in the above scenarios; analyze certain injury consequences that may be caused by the use of intelligent consumer products in specific injury scenarios. 9.2 Selection of identification methods. For the identification methods of information hazard and ethical hazard of intelligent consumer products, refer to Appendix A. For the identification methods of physical hazard and chemical hazard, refer to Appendix A and Appendix B in GB/T 39011-2020. 9.3 Hazard list. For common types of information hazard and ethical hazard of intelligent consumer products, refer to Appendix B. For common types of physical hazard and chemical hazard, refer to Appendix C of GB/T 22760-2020.Examples of identification of intelligent consumer products are provided in Appendix C. C.3 Hazard identification C.3.1 Hazard scenario construction and analysis Scenario 1.The name, gender, age, phone number, address, head portrait, fingerprint and other personal information of the user of product A is leaked and illegally used for payment, resulting in property loss. Scenario 2.Product A has two modes. boy mode and girl mode. In boy mode, users are guided to aspire to become a "brave" man and a "successful father", while in girl mode, users are guided to aspire to become a "beautiful" princess or a "housewife-type mother". There is a risk of misleading children's values and outlook on life. C.3.2 Identification method selection According to the preliminary judgment of 10 experts from enterprises, scientific research institutions, industry associations, government regulatory departments and other institutions, the main hazard of scenario 1 is information hazard, and the main hazard of scenario 2 is ethical hazard. Therefore, penetration testing, policy analysis and expert interview methods can be used to identify specific hazards. C.3.3 Hazard determination C.3.3.1 Determination of hazard in scenario 1 In accordance with relevant national laws and product information security standards, the above 10 experts are invited to conduct preliminary identification of the hazards of scenario 1, gaining a result that the hazard of scenario 1 is preliminarily considered "data" in the information hazard. Based on this, penetration testing tools are used to conduct safety tests on the collection and transmission of personal information such as the user's name, gender, age, ID number, address, head portrait, fingerprint, etc. The test process is as follows. a) Information collection. Obtain information about product A systems and applications, such as IP address, domain name, network architecture, etc. b) Vulnerability scanning. Use automated tools to scan relevant components of product A to identify potential vulnerabilities and security weaknesses. ......
