1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, composition, model and basic parameters, requirements, testing, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of complete set of pyrolysis equipment for waste rubber and waste plastic to oil. This standard applies to complete set of pyrolysis equipment for continuous and intermittent waste rubber and waste plastic (hereinafter referred to as complete production set).

2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Complete set of pyrolysis equipment for waste rubber and waste plastic to oil A complete production set for producing oil, non-condensable fuel gas and solid products from the crushed waste rubber and waste plastic through pyrolysis. 3.2 Continuous complete production set A complete production set for continuously producing oil, non-condensable fuel gas and solid products by continuously sending the waste rubber and waste plastic into the pyrolysis reactor for pyrolysis, as shown in Figure 1. 3.3 Periodical complete production set A complete production set for placing the waste rubber and waste plastics in a pyrolysis reactor to heat up and pyrolysis; collect the oil and non- condensable fuel gas; reduce the temperature to discharge the solid products, for periodical production, as shown in Figure 2. 3.4 Pyrolysis reactor The main equipment for the pyrolysis reaction of waste rubber and waste plastic. 3.5 Heating temperature The temperature of the heating device acting on the pyrolysis reactor.

4 Composition, model and basic parameters

4.1 Composition The complete production set is mainly composed of feed system, pyrolysis system (pyrolysis reactor, heating device), oil and gas cooling system (oil separator, cooler), non-condensable fuel gas purification system, discharge system, flue gas purification system, circulating cooling water system, electrical control system. 4.2 Model 4.2.1 Refer to Appendix A for the model and compilation method of complete production set. 4.2.2 Refer to Appendix B for main equipment models and compilation methods. 4.3 Basic parameters Refer to Appendix C for the basic parameters of main equipment and devices.

5 Requirements

5.1 Basic requirements 5.1.1 The complete production set shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents as approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The pipes and valve joints shall be connected reliably, without leakage; all piping systems shall be clean and unblocked. 5.1.3 The complete production set shall be stable during normal operation; there shall be no abnormal vibration, no interference, jamming, or abnormal noise. 5.2.2 The control system shall have. 5.3 Technical requirements 5.3.1 Pyrolysis reactor 5.3.1.1 The design pressure of the pyrolysis reactor is 90 kPa. 5.3.4 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of heat exchange equipment such as coolers shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 151. 5.3.5 During load operation, the temperature of each bearing of the complete production set shall not be higher than 60 °C. 5.3.6 The annual processing capacity of complete production set shall not be lower than the nominal value. 5.4 Safety requirements 5.4.1 The exposed moving parts of a complete production set shall be equipped with fixed or movable protective devices. If a protective device cannot be set, warning signs shall be set in obvious locations and shall be given in the instructions. Various safety signs shall comply with the requirements of GB 2894. 5.4.12 The intermediate oil tank of the complete production set shall be equipped with a cofferdam to prevent oil leakage; its volume shall be greater than the volume of the intermediate oil tank. 5.4.13 The steel ladders, protective railings and platforms in the complete production set shall meet the requirements of GB 4053.1 and GB 4053.3. 5.4.14 The complete production set shall be equipped with a flammable gas safety discharge device; its design shall meet the requirements of SH 3009. 5.4.15 The combustible gas detection and alarm system shall be installed in the production site of complete production set; the setting of the combustible gas detection and alarm system shall meet the requirements of SY 6503. 5.5 Environmental requirements 5.5.1 The emission concentration limits of conventional air pollutants for complete production set are as shown in Table 1.

6 Test

6.1 Basic requirements testing 6.1.1 Test 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4 through no-load test run and PLC program operation testing. 6.1.2 For the testing of 5.1.5, use a point thermometer to perform testing. 6.1.3 The test of 5.1.6 shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GBZ 1-2010. 6.2 Functional requirements testing 6.3 Testing of technical requirements 6.3.1 Testing of pyrolysis reactor 6.3.1.1 The water pressure or air pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements in 9.7 of NB/T 47003.1-2009. 6.3.2 Testing of heating temperature Test the heating temperature through load test and PLC display. 6.3.3 Testing of container equipment such as oil separators and intermediate oil tanks The manufacture of oil separators, intermediate oil tanks and other container equipment shall be inspected and tested in accordance with the relevant requirements of NB/T 47003.1. 6.3.7 Testing of pyrolysis rate 6.3.7.1 Sampling of solid products obtained from pyrolysis 6.4 Safety testing 6.4.1 Visual inspection is used to check the fixed or movable protective devices, warning signs and safety signs as required by 5.4.1. 6.4.2 After the complete production set has been operated for 4 hours under load, use a thermometer to measure at least 6 points on the outer surface of the thermal insulation equipment or pipeline. Take the maximum reading. 6.4.3 Visual inspection is used to check the safety colors as painted on the safety protection parts required by 5.4.3. 6.4.4 Test the 5.4.4 in accordance with the provisions of GB 50058. 6.4.5 Insulation resistance test. After the complete production set is installed, use an insulation resistance tester to carry out testing in accordance with the provisions of 18.3 of GB 5226.1-2008. 6.5 Testing of environmental requirements 6.5.1 According to the method specified in Chapter 8 of GB 16297-1996, carry out testing for the atmospheric pollutants discharged by the complete production set in 5.5.1 and 5.5.2 and the atmospheric pollutants characteristic of the industry.

7 Inspection rules

7.1 Inspection classification The inspection of complete production set is divided into exit-factory inspection and type test. 7.2 Exit-factory inspection 7.2.1 The complete production set shall be inspected by the quality inspection department and be accompanied by a product quality certificate before leaving the factory. 7.3 Type inspection 7.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations. 7.3.2 The samples for type inspection shall be products that have passed the exit-factory inspection; not less than one sample shall be taken each time. 7.3.3 Type inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of this standard.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

8.1 Marking Each single unit of equipment in the complete production set shall have a product nameplate, precautions or warning signs, related movement direction signs. The type and size of the sign shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 13306.The product sign shall have the following content. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The packaging of complete production set shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 13384.The packaging box shall contain the following technical documents (in a waterproof bag). 8.2.3 The open packaging, bundled packaging, bare parts of the complete production set (and various system equipment) shall have reliable rain and moisture-proof measures. 8.3 Transportation The transportation of complete production set shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 191 and GB/T 6388. 8.4 Storage The complete production set shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, to avoid moisture and corrosive gas (object). There shall be rain-proof measures when stored outdoor. ......
