Test when necessary. 4.1.5 The ash accumulation load on the roof, floor, and platform shall investigate the ash accumulation range, thickness distribution, ash accumulation speed, and ash cleaning system, etc. Test the thickness of dust accumulation and dry and wet weight. The standard value of dust load shall be determined in combination with the investigation situation. 4.1.8 The use environment of industrial buildings and structures can be investigated according to the items listed in Table 4.1.8. 4.2 Investigation and inspection of industrial buildings and structures 4.2.1 The investigation and inspection of industrial buildings and structures shall include foundations, superstructures and envelopes. 4.2.4 For the investigation and inspection of the upper load-bearing structure, it can choose the items in Table 4.2.4. 4.2.5 Structural and material performance, geometric dimensions and deformation, defect and damage inspections shall comply with the following regulations. 4.2.6 When it is necessary to carry out material performance and durability testing on concrete structure members, in addition to implementing the provisions in Article 4.2.5 of this Standard, the following provisions shall also be complied with.

5 Structural analysis and check

5.0.1 Structural or member analysis and check shall be carried out according to the limit state of bearing capacity and the limit state of normal service. Structural or member analysis and verification methods shall comply with the provisions of the current national standards GB 50010 "Code for design of concrete structures", GB 50017 "Code for Design of Steel Structure" and GB 50003 "Code for design of masonry structures". 5.0.2 The calculation model adopted in the structural analysis shall conform to the actual stress, structural condition and boundary conditions of the structure. 5.0.4 When structural members are subject to non-negligible effects of temperature, foundation deformation, etc., additional effects shall be considered. 5.0.7 When the surface temperature of the concrete structure is higher than 60°C for a long time, the change of material properties shall be considered. When the surface temperature of the steel structure is higher than 100°C, the reduction of its strength and stiffness shall be considered. When the temperature of the high-strength bolted joint is higher than 100°C or has experienced a high temperature higher than 100°C, the reduction of its anti-slip load-bearing capacity shall be considered. 5.0.8 When it is necessary to test the load-bearing performance and service performance of structure members, it shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standard GB/T 50344 "Technical standard for inspection of building structure".

6 Appraisal rating for structure members

6.1 General requirements 6.1.1 For the appraisal rating of a single member, its safety grade and serviceability grade shall be assessed.
