the authentication center shall conduct the comprehensive evaluation to the audited
results, and make authentication decision.
5 Issuing Certificate
After the certificate is made, applicant may collect the certificate from authentication
center in person or entrust the authentication center to mail. Meanwhile, the
certificate’s information will be announced on the website of authentication center.
6 After-certificate supervision
Every 12 months, after receiving the certificate, is an supervision audit period upon
which one after-certificate supervision shall be conducted. Authentication agency shall
notify the certified organization one month in advance for each after-certificate
supervision; it requires the certified organization to submit authentication application
and relevant materials; the submitting materials include but not limit to.
(1) Declaration of system change during the supervision audit period.
(2) Security management system and security audit report during the supervision
audit period.
(3) Introduction to the topological diagram of current system’s network structure and
production environment’s software-hardware configuration.
(4) Record of relevant complains, during the supervision audit period, in the certified
service scope or plan-to-expand authentication service scope. If there is no
complain, written explanation shall be submitted. All documents shall be
chopped with seal (one paper-copy).
If it passes the supervision audit, the center shall add-seal “Special Seal for Annual
Audit Pass” on the original certificate, so as to indicate the authentication periods and
the year-limit for consecutive authentication qualification. If the result is to suspend, it
shall be suspended for three months; if the authentication is not reinstated in three
months, then the authentication certificate is revoked.
7 Validity of Certificate
The certificate is valid for three years, within which the validity is sustained by regular
supervision of authentication center.
During the validity, if the certificate is suspended, revoked or cancelled, the certified
organization shall return the certificate to the authentication center in accordance with
the requirements of authentication center, and meanwhile, stop using the
authentication certificate or authentication mark in documents, websites, the
workplaces where have been certified, advertisement and advertising materials; use
of authentication-related information in business activities such as advertising shall
also be stopped.
